Good video.
When the handle starts moving, with the same way you can just tide the allen screw. You just make the whole from the inside.

True, you can even try shortening the Allen key tightening the screw without drilling...

Ah, this happened to me a while back, I just replaced the whole glove box cover from a scrapped alfa haha. Good to know it's fixable though.
