Member's Mark Pro Series Pellet Cooker

This is the Sam's Club Member's Mark Pro Series Pellet Grill Smoker. This cooker is capable of low and slow or hot and fast cooking. The first thing that I do when I get a new smoker is season it and then do a quick cook. This time I smoke a couple rolls of bologna and a couple blocks of cream cheese.
