bro Perth is not an isolated city. Perth has pretty decent weather stays cool for about 5-6 months. Only 2-3 months are hot rest of the months are fine. Living here from last 12 years.

No water scarcity in Perth. Everyone pays water bills though
Had hail storms few times and also bush fire but didnt effect residential area much
Yes, have few occurrence of spiders and snakes if you are living in area with lot of windlife but manageable.
Road rules are very strict accross whole of Australia.

Sydney is known to be more scenic with opera house and other tourist attraction. I haven't lived in those places hence very limited opinion.

CBD area is quite happening after sunset too but if you go to suburbs then yes, pretty desserted after 6pm

Its a good suburb. No public transport at night so you will have to rely on your own vehicle. Perth overall is pretty safe so dont worry.

Yes it can get really hot over here. Touches early 40 during the worst week of summer however you dont feel much of it as most of the places have climate control.
