As kids we used to go down into the original shaft and the Rooks mine air shaft using clothesline and flashlights. Great and memorable experience because we survived being foolish!

I don't see where you have responded to any comment for this video so, you probably won't respond to mine either. That area is 25 miles from my home, an area I have prospected many times. Which way did you drive in from. Was it from the State Park end? I am a patented inventor of a new fluid bed gold trap classifier. It's is patent pending currently. My hope is to have it legal in all 50 states.

I have been there many times. That jeep trail is pretty crazy. Had to hike in most of the time and used a pull cart to move my equipment.
