Guatemala Travel Vlog | Pacaya Volcano & the Tikal Mayan Temples

Travel along with me as I go to Guatemala with my dad. While there we visit Cayala in Guatemala city, Atitlan lake and we take a boat across the lake to visit the village of San Juan. Next we fly to Flores and stay at the Jungle Lodge Hotel to see the antient Tikal Mayan ruins and pyramids. It is absolutely beautiful to witness the sunset and sunrise over the jungle. We make a pit stop in flores to rope swing off into the lake. Next we visit the beautiful city of Antigua and lastly we hike up 2miles to the active volcano Pacaya where we eat homemade pizza. I hope you enjoy traveling along with us.

Half the population of Guatemala live in poverty and that jumps even higher for the Indigenous population. Therefore, it’s not hard to understand why they want to migrate to another country that to them feels would be a better opportunity for their family.
