Lava is really trying like they regularly post in X about their updates and reply to customers. But cameras are below-average. They just need to work on cameras. and if they can't afford to support updates for long, maybe they can support custom roms for longer updates.

No ned for curved display. Just two cameras. Lots of people will grab it up if marketed deftly. Abroad too. People are generally tired of large format phones.
But dude if u look into the market or if u do ur own survey about it u will see that compact phones has a very niche market with a very less audience. We might like compact phones but the majority of the people in India prefer big display mobiles. And it's not my take it's actually what the report said.
