That looks so effective and pretty. Will you be going over the outlines with black thread? If the designs were use to make window cards, sunlight shining through the colours and outlines would look like stained glass.
Thank you Christine for another fun video. Between you and Annie trying new things has become not just a habit but the norm and what fun to be had. I am looking forward to seeing these progress. I am not sure yet whether I prefer Inktense or the markers ,it probably depends on the look you are after. Well off to search the many boxes in the so called craft room for stamps I know I have 🤔🤔
Hi Carol - I always get so much inspiration from watching Annie and I just love how we can all play with techniques and share them. I really don’t know which my favourite is either! Hope you’re having a lovely weekend. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
Thanks Christine for experimenting with us! Many fun and interesting ways of colouring on fabric, love the effect of the paint pens and of the pencils😊A very Happy New Year to you and yours, too❤
oooh that is working so much better Christine, I'll maybe try a watered-down acrylic paint effect first then, or possibly some paint medium could do the same without adding any colour do youthink? It's amazing how much easier it looks the way when you're stamping those flowers. I can't really just getting another black ink when I have so many already but I did buy a small Versacraft as recommended by Alison in a comment, it's supposed to work on fabric, wood and all sorts and will fix permanently to fabric with a hot iron, so I'll give that a go and let you know how I get on. Love the idea of using these for cards too. Thanks for the shout-out xo
Had so much fun with this idea thanks to you Annie. I have some Versacraft and they don’t give as much of a defined outline but I guess it depends what fabric you are stamping on. Cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
I watched Annie's video and thought it was a great idea. Just bought a small pack of acrylic paints so will try colouring fabric with them first before stamping. Thanks for sharing Christine and Happy New Year 🎉♥
Thanks Linda - o always get so much inspiration from Annie! I love how we can share and evolve ideas from across the oceans! Happy stamping and colouring 🤗
thanks for this video I have some beautiful stamps that I purchased for paper journals but what a great idea for fabric and then use in fabric creations!
Hi Christine, this is a neat idea! I knew versafine is said to be the best ink for stamping on paper for crisp lines, but i hadn't even thought about fabric. That's gonna be fun. I love the acrylic wash backgrounds, I'll have to go see that one. I must have missed it. Happy New Year! TFS 😊
Very interesting. My daughter was in K Mart I asked did they have the fabric markers and yes I know have fabric markers thank you. I am waiting on my Lino blocks going to be making a few stamps soon so this will come in handy. Thank you for the wonderful video.
I hope your lino blocks arrive soon - you'll have great fun making stamps with them and I can't wait to see your designs! 😊 and yay to getting some fabric markers via your daughter 💫 cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡
You should look into a stamping platform from Stampin Up or the Misty instead of a stamping block. You can stamp the same image a couple of times without the stamp moving.
Looks like another rabbit hole to go down😊
Thanks Jean - a lot of fun with this idea 🤗 cheers, Christine 💙🧵🪡

I think I’ll just add accent stitching rather than outlines but will see. I like the window idea too 🤗
