Hi just after some painting advise when I use acrylic paint to touch in the paint work on my top rc Spitfire which is still foam I paint the acrylic paint on and if I go out early in the morning and the grass is wet the paint comes straight off 😩any help would be greatly appreciated
Mmm perhaps you could spray on some Humbrol Matt Varnish to seal it? Or try a different make of paint. I use Citadel paints. Also Vallejo. I find Tamiya doesn't stay on as well either.
Hmm was thinking of using a spray primer maybe before using the paint?...if not I’ll change paint like you say citadel is a good option love to know your thoughts thanks
@@chrisrc845 Worth a try I think. Some of my paints stay on better than others. Perhaps there is a way to make it bind better with the foam, so primer might be a good idea, as long as it binds itself.
It would be great if they did. Even if there were transparent cockpits only for each model I'd do it myself. I think they are about 1/28th scale though so no kits really that would suit I fear.
A great lttle plane fighting the wind.👍Enjoy. Cheers Andy 🤠
Thanks Andy. Yeah it did really well.
Love the Spit Laurie
It is my favourite in terms of looks.
Hi Andy! Maybe you could do a video flying it in interiors at low speeds, greetings.
I've tried to fly these at my indoors club a it isn't big enough. It needs two badmingtom courts at least.

Hi do you think Volantex will upgrade the Spitfire with transparent canopy?
