Is a subdivision site plan filed map a contract? If the terms include a mutual mistake, does that mean the plan that has been approved, is not enforceable to the effect that it is a contract?
Would this be considered a fraudulent misrepresentation of a material fact if, say, the lessor and lessee verbally agreed that lessee will lease Location A and display her merchandise in Location A. When the lessor sends over the contract, it shows a different address, let’s call it Location B. When lessee questions, lessor says she doesn’t own the lease at Location A therefore she can’t put that address. Though Lessee had her merchandise in Location A, the contract didn’t reflect the correct premises. In top of that, lessor reduced the space usage among other things and Lessor is currently suing lessee for a breach of contract. Is this contract voidable and unenforceable?

If someone has been taught that you must do "this and that" in order to be allowed to perform a certain activity, and you do "this and that" because you have been taught this to be true. but the entity that taught you that you must do "this and that" intentionally neglected to tell you that you had the right to preform said action without the need to do anything. can the entity hold you liable or are you legally obligated to the rules, codes, laws that are within "this and that" or is "this and that" unenforceable, void or non-binding due to lack of full disclosure of facts, and or no true meeting of the minds???
