Hi Mike. Thank you for watching - plastic bags and raw nylon; is it better to be cold and wet or sweaty and wet (and cold when you stop)? Stay safe. ATB. Nigel
I was fortunate enough to be able to acquire an unused, surplus Police Scotland GoreTex Anorak. It's dark blue, and looks like any other waterproof that you can get in a department store. The plastic rubbish bag is still good as ground cover, a makeshift or addition to a tarp, water collection... Great video as always !
Ciao. Grazie per aver guardato e commentato. Sembra che tu abbia un ottimo acquisto lì: salute per usarlo. I sacchetti di plastica hanno molti usi e sono un super oggetto di sopravvivenza. Rimani al sicuro. ATB. Nigel
I used a trash bag once. It was Summer and became stifling hot. In Canada. Plastic ponchos would have a similar issues. My old coat lost its waterproofing and I’m too green to respray it. I use even synthetics now. They dry rapidly which is a great thing. Great tips. The RAF one works awesome. I’d forgotten about it
Hi Steve. If you take off the reflective strip it looks even less miliatry or work clothing. Thank youy for watching and commenting. Stay safe. ATB. Nigel
