This was so helpful! I have a Classic FC in red that I just conditioned and decided to put to more serious use! I've never thought of using it as my wallet - great idea! I just need to be brave enough to do it (afraid I might lose it!!). I use the daily planner pages and they end up taking up most of the room in my planner. I only put a month in at a time but I'm really wishing I could go weekly but I'm so accustomed to daily pages.
Mary Ann I have moved on from this planner, but I still use my current planner as my wallet too. People are always so intrigued by it when I pull it out at the register. I like spreading the planner madness :-)
My franklin is very similar, but it has a zipper around it. I love the month card insert. I hadn't seen that before. I agree with the dead space, much better to use it in the days.
My husband has that planner! He purchased it at the same time I purchased mine, and it is also in excellent condition. And, I just found some month card inserts today. I will put another video up soon! Thanks for commenting and stopping by my channel!
I have the same red planner, except in the compact size, I just made a video myself :) I also am partial to FC planners, I used to love window shopping their stores back in the day! Your new planner is beautiful too, I love the teal! Keep up the vids!

@Alison Depollo I know, and it's such a good deal! It lasted way longer than my more expensive Franklin Covey Giada. My husband still has his zipper version of it in black too. Enjoy!
It is so great to have another FC person!!! I just brought a new one last week, with the new planning pages for 2015. I also use my as my wallet, etc. The one that I was using as my wallet the rings were the small one. After getting my wallet stolen I went back to using my FC as my wallet. You can also find Project Life cards at Michael s. I am looking forward to more videos, and I am a new subscriber to your channel!

I love your organization in your FC!!! I like pages just as you do.... clean lines! Would you be willing to share your awesome weekly and monthly pages you created on Photoshop? I just love the simplicity of them as well it will allow you to decorate to the degree you wish to.

i LOVE your inspiration pages, do you have them posted somewhere? i would like to add something like that to my planner (i need all the inspiration i can get!) :-)
It's been so long since I used this planner that don't even remember :-) If I did, it would have been to my Instagram. I'm working at being more consistent on sharing my planner stuff on my blog this year!
Will the A5 Filofax pages fit by adding the middle hole? Or are the holes in different paces? And are the papers the same size? I'm thinking of buying this planner, looks amazing :)
trildi Sorry, I don't know why I haven't been getting my message alerts! Didn't mean to take so long to reply. The rings are completely different, unfortunately. They are spaced further apart in the Franklin Covey.
1Koolemom I use Photoshop to make all my inserts, so I have a hard time showing how I make them...it's a bit complicated. I have been trying to create a few personal size inserts, but I always feel like they are not right for such small pages. I hope to perfect some soon, and post to my Etsy shop. Thanks for watching!

I just got that planner and I am love it over my filofax original which says alot I love the cushion feel but sturdy? lol I hope that made sense :)

I love FC too. Are there other refills from other companies that fit FC planners. I have the Classic size. I wish FC had more choices
I think the Day Timer inserts fit in the FC. I use a Midori now, but when i did use my FC, I ended up making my own inserts. Thanks for watching!
