Seriously... I could not hear Luffy and it just made me want a dubbed One Piece game from Funi and not 4Kidz, who surprisingly dubbed most of the ones for English in the past if they ever dubbed in English..
the kid in the blue was goku as a grandfather in GT, at the start of the show a villain uses the dragon balls to make him a child again

- 10:05 The woman who turns pink is Android 21. She was created specifically for this game's story mode so that's why you've never seen her in anything else before, she only really existed a few years ago. Fun fact, she's a Majin just like Buu!
- 10:25 Vegeta's Big Bang Attack is that energy ball he shoots with one hand, the one you're thinking of is called Final Explosion.
-A good way to not get Vegito and Gogeta mixed up is that Vegito wears a mixture of Goku and Vegeta's clothes, like Goku's gi with Vegeta's gloves since they fuse using earrings. Gogeta is made using the fusion dance and they always wear those puffy vests, like Gotenks.
- 12:05 That's Cooler, Freeza's older brother. He's from the DBZ movie Cooler's Revenge, and it's honestly a great one!
- 12:50 That is Goku as a kid, but with his adult mind. In DB GT, someone wishes for Goku to turn into a kid so he would be weaker, but it didn't exactly work lol.
Also, the video you watched is a bit older because recently there was a new character added. Android 21 but she stays in her human form. It's just one character so it's not a big deal.

Well sorta, she’s an android like the others, just made with majin cells, so basically most of the majin powers of being super strong and eating people, just I assume Becuase she’s an Android there’s no goop powers.
Top 3 for me.
1) Janemba. His ending was very ominous with the Aura, the pose, ETC.
2) 21, I liked her snacking before she fought and her flexibility.
3) SSJ4 Gogeta, His line was epic and the Fusion itself.

Secondly, she's Similar to Cell. A bio android composed of DNA of the z fighters and the villains that appeared on Earth up to the Buu saga.
She also doesn't really appear in the movie if I recall, only mentioned by her real name.
21 is modeled in her image similar to 16, there's no confirmation if she's the original Vomi remade into a cyborg like being Gero was if I recall.
