The producers and the graphics department get a grade of A+ on this work. Wished it were an hour long and showed more of the finished building and inside the temple itself. This video makes me want to see more. I am overwhelmed by the construction, the design and finished beauty.
Me too. The architecture was fantastic. In my opinion, the use of Roman styles doesn't seem very fitting but I just love how it looked. Very importantly, I hope God liked it. After all, it was built for Him.
In addition they had an amazing water system. Water for everything in the temple including the ritual baths, outside the temple, had to be water from a source that was not standing. A system was built the carried spring water from a long distance for the temple worship.
Actually there is no evidence for that -no channels that bring in water to the Temple complex in that way. Pilgrims washed in the Spring of Gihon at the base of the hill which had it source at short distance away from the current southern wall. The spring which you can still visit (the source of Hezekiah's tunnel). It is Jerusalem's only natural water source, and would have had to have been close to the Temple so the priests could clean the flow of sacrificial blood. Therefore, there is much speculation that the Temple stood actually outside the current Temple Mount right outside the southern wall. These scholars counter that the Temple mount was the administrative complex for Herod and his Roman army which makes much more sense. It doesn't make sense that the Jews would allow a holy Temple would stand smack in the middle of the Roman Fortress on the northside and the Royal Stoa (forest of columns) on the south. Besides over 1000 Roman soldiers had to live in Jerusalem, and this fortified wall makes perfect sense for that purpose.
@@leeabe3932 There was an ancient aqueduct from Eitam springs (nearby Solomon's pools) to the Temple mount. The original aqueduct has now been firmly dated to the Hasmonean period. This is based not only on ceramics and coins related to its construction but also similarities to the water systems of the Hasmonean desert fortresses, including a distinctive type of plaster.

@@crcurranHalf true. Matthew and Luke use Mark (given as the earliest written Gospel) as sources, and the Gospel of John was written quite late; some years after the composition of the Book of Revelation (so, around 96 AD) BUT... Firstly: The early citations by Paul the Apostle (whose writings can be dated very well - all before 64 AD) where he alludes to and cites the Gospels in his writings suggest that Paul had access to Jesus's teachings and deeds early on, and that the Gospels were already in circulation. The Book of Acts also provides us with a clue as to when the gospels were written. Acts records the highlights in the life and ministry of the Apostle Paul. The book concludes with Paul at Rome awaiting trial before Caesar. It says: ''And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.'' (Acts 28:30-31 KJV) The inference is that Acts was written while Paul was still alive, seeing that his death is not recorded. Since there is good evidence that Paul died in the Neronian persecution about A.D. 67, the Book of Acts can be dated approximately A.D. 62. It is also well established that Luke’s Gospel was written earlier than Acts, so if Acts was written about A.D. 62, then this helps us date the four gospels. The Book of Acts is the second half of a treatise written by Luke to a man named Theophilus. Since we know that the Gospel of Luke was written before the Book of Acts, we can then date the Gospel of Luke sometime around A.D. 60 or before. From here, we can extrapolate backwards: If the Gospel of Luke was composed somewhere around 60 AD, and its writer used Mark and Matthew, then those other two Gospels must have been written some time no later than the 50s AD - possibly earlier, with the unanimous testimony of the early church having it that Matthew was the first gospel written and the church father Eusebius placing the date of Matthew’s gospel in A.D. 41. All this constitutes a strong argument that the Gospels were in fact written BEFORE the destruction of the Temple. Then there's common sense to bring in: The Gospels do not mention; ''By the way, Jesus was absolutely correct in His prediction about the Temple destruction!! Wouldn't that be the FIRST thing they'd say straight after recording what was given as a prophecy? The Gospels, written in Greek for a Greek-speaking audience couldn't be expected to be intimately aware of the destruction of the Jewish Temple many years before. What was more amazing to me than the actual work that it took to do this was that the Jews let let them do it in the first place. Really well done video.
@@roywhite8504 YES I do wish it was standing today as it was in Jesus' day. I love looking at impressive architecture. Sentiments in someone's heart means nothing to me.
Great video! Very beautiful and evocative imagery, The only issue to quibble with is at the very end when the narrator says the gates of the Temple were open to everyone and all nations. That is not true, The Royal Stoa and the plaza were open to all people, but the Temple itself was only open to Jews and signs were posted that any non-Jew caught inside the sacred precinct would be put to death. I think that is an important historical and religious point that should not be glossed over.
The second Temple was not on Temple Mount, as most believe. That Temple was on a high and narrow peak (mount Moriah) somewhere aboe the Gihon spring. That narrow peak was leveled by Solkomon and there was build the First and second Temples. On that place was initially only the Temple, without surrounding plaza. During centuries (!) around the peak was thrown dirt, mud and stones so that the peak became a little bit larger, allowing Herod to malke a plaza which surrounded the Temple. read Flavius Josephus for more details (including Antonia fortresas, which was also not on nthe Temple Mount. On the Temple Mount was a roman castra.
at 13:07 the narrator says it took just a year and a half to finish building the temple, but in John 2:20 the Jewish leaders tell Jesus it took 46 years.
Yes it was 46 years but Herod’s temple was not finished at the time of this conversation in John 2:20. The temple renovations to the original second temple (built by Zerubbabel and completed in 516 BC with the influence of Zechariah after the Decree of Cyrus) was started by Herod the Great in 20 BC but it was not completed during the time of Jesus. This lavish upgrade to the second temple by Herod the Great was actually finished by Herod Agrippa in 64 AD. The completed ‘renovated’ temple only stood 6 years before it was completely and utterly destroyed by Rome (Titus) in 70 AD. This was prophesied by Jesus (Math 24:1-2).
The men of the past did have a great knowledge of science. From the definition of time and its divisions in seconds, minutes and hours to the gold and silver plating process. The construction of the ark in the days of Noah, the hanging gardens in Babylon, the pyramids of Machupichu and the Temple of Solomon in the days of Herod, are some examples of the superiority of the human being; Of course, man was created in the image of the only GOD.
Samuel Rivera you're absolutely correct. After the fall of the Roman Empire (with the destruction of ancient libraries, and ancient techniques of building & engineering were lost) the Dark Ages settled across Europe. According to the Bible human knowledge developed very rapidly not very long after mankind was created. There wasn't a slow prolong extended period of time of human technological advancement. Developments in engineering, metallurgy and musical instruments happened rapidly. It was only after Noah's flood which cast humanity back to the Stone Age. At that time civilization was splintered. Some being more technologically advanced than others. Some developing metals & textiles, while others were still using stone hand axes and animal skins.
Even I want to visit Israel at least once to see this great country, especially the great city of Jerusalem, which is holy to Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Greetings and Appreciation from India!
Really showed the temple cornerstone that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 21. The stone the builders rejected had become the cornerstone of, that’s Christ. At his coming he will fall on all who have rejected him.
A magnificent building yes, but cannot compare to the" House of Prayer for all Nations" to be built when our Lord Jesus Christ returns to rule as King from Jerusalem. This Temple 1 mile square is described in Ezekiel Ch.40 to the end of the book. Its construction its ordinances & services for 1000yrs.Even so... come Lord Jesus.
Only criticism is that there is not enough of this video! Please add to this with more stuff on water systems and the gates and the city walls and maybe even the older stuff of Solomon's Palace and buildings!

@@heavenisatyourdoor3936 The ''Second Coming'' is simply a rationalisation, a lousy excuse and ironically, an admission for the failure of Jesus to fulfil the Messianic prophecies/criteria during his lifetime. Jesus did not fulfil any of the criteria that The Messiah has to fulfil. The Messiah must fulfil the prophecies/criteria outright, at one time, and not in ''instalments.'' Another problem and contradiction in the New Testament is the following: Matthew 16:28 - 'I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.' Matthew 24:34 - Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place' Revelation 22:7 - 'Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.' It is quite clear from the above quotes from the New Testament, that Jesus was supposed to return within the lifetime of his disciples to fulfil the Messianic prophecies/criteria and not at some unspecified, distant future date. That is why in Matthew, he says that they will not taste death/pass away before the prophecies take place, and finally in Revelation, he says that he will come quickly. It's been approximately 2000 years since he died, and that's a loooong time, nothing quick about that! Still counting...tick tock tick tock etc. If I was you, I would not hold my breath waiting for Jesus to come back. 🤣

Shalom. Awesome. Waiting to see this is built in our time and very soon.
Amen!!
All praise to the invisible God = YHWH (Jehovah)
Incredible graphics. I wish it was longer. Much longer.
Brilliant work, thanks.
Shabbat Shalom on this commanded Set Apart 7th Day Shabbat /Sabbath! Outstanding reenactment and graphics! I wonder if we know, it they built inside, the Holy of Holies? @8:38, the Levitical priest would blow a ‘shofar’ (a rams horn hollowed out). The sound we still make today to usher in Shabbat, New Moons and in the next two days, Yom Teru’ah!! (Feast of Trumpets) The Fall Set Apart Feasts begin. Thus, the rehearsal for the coming heavenly announcement that Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah) has returned for the second and final time. All the Set Apart Spring Feast have come to completion in perfection. As will the Fall Feasts. Get your house in order.
Hari Sabtu.

"A House of Prayer for All Nations." -- This is an allusion to a verse in Isaiah, 56:7:
I will bring them to My holy mount, and I will cause them to rejoice in My house of prayer, their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be acceptable upon My altar, for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations.
Jesus Christ is the only Messiah.
Nice!
@@sunnygeorge4152 yes brother
That is a beautiful sentiment.
@@sunnygeorge4152 the verses leading up to the one quote above speaks of this who observe the sabbath laws and the one covenant of God with His people.
How is Jesus the messiah then? Do Christians observe the sabbath and all its laws as prescribed in the Old Testament?
Absolutely stunning!
So beautiful! Way to go!
As a Jew and Israeli citizen NOT for Jesus - I still love your broadcasts and am a happy subscriber!
And it didn't last a hundred years. Awesome video.
Rebuild the Temple as a token of gesture to the ancient Jews.

Think about yourself...
No. They rejected the Lord, crucified him and said they have no king but Caesar. The kingdom was taken from them because of the covenant breaking. Read Matthew 21.
''G-d, You are the center of my heart and my soul....I am your temple....I am your temple. You called me ''WORTHY'' and call me ... your HOME I am your temple.....I am your temple'''
Mind-boggling!
amazing
מדהים
Amazing! 👏🏼
Good work in animating this story of the 2nd temple.
May Yeshua (Jesus) bless Israel forever!!! Am Israel Chai!!!💪🏼🇮🇱
@Bettina MN May God bless you and your family, shalom.🙏
I love the music they use on this documentary I would love to have it on my playlist
Thank you that was awesome!
Amazing workmanship 👈👈👈
Well done, beautiful video. The Holy One of Isreal allowed it to be destroyed, but today we do have another more excellent temple, Yeshua The Messiah.
You know Jesus is a bastard, you think God would need brought a child, do you think he would have brought a child from a married woman?
We are the temple of God ^^
So very well done!
That was an amazing video. I love the 3d animation and the details related to its construction. Thank you.
Out of all the archeology stuff I've seen
That's the first time I've ever seen that wooden wheel for moving stone that's genius makes way more sense than rolling over trees even in the animation of doing that it was rolling off the front one and would be on the ground flat before someone could run the last log just cleared up to the front
That's the silliest one but yet all the archeology videos use that method that's one of the things that is just hard to accept
Imagine being the log mover that dude died on the regular
I love you guys!!!!!
13:24 I love this video, but I cannot find any comfirmation of Titus ever declaring the temple to be a "glory of human creation" anywhere, do you happen to have a source of him saying this?
Przepiękna wizualizacja, Jestem zachwycony
Merci très beau
Completely Stunned.
Marvellous..greatest wonder on earth
What was more amazing to me than the actual work that it took to do this was that the Jews let let them do it in the first place.
Really well done video.
I wish Herods temple could be standing today.
No you don’t. It was a shadow of the temple of the Holy Spirit. If you believe in Jesus, you are part of the temple of the Holy Spirit.
@@roywhite8504 YES I do wish it was standing today as it was in Jesus' day. I love looking at impressive architecture. Sentiments in someone's heart means nothing to me.
אשרי עין ראתה זאת, השב שכינתך לציון במהירה, אמן
Absolutely fascinating! May it be rebuilt speedily in our time!
אמן כן יהי רצון
No. It would be another rejection of Christ.
A House of Prayer for All Nations indeed.
Maravilloso video.

This magnificent Temple was stood in line with the Golden gate and the Mount of Olives. Shalom.
Thank you for the English version!
5:42 They will see the paradise they created with the results of their own endless hard work for 6 days and 6 nights
Awesome!
Shalom, thank you so much for this! If you guys need a Spanish voice to dub it over, please let me know! Id love to do it.
What is the flaming Cherubim at the East of the Garden from the East shall it go forth
It's Gods creation
Grandeur...
Even I want to visit Israel at least once to see this great country, especially the great city of Jerusalem, which is holy to Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Greetings and Appreciation from India!
What a beautiful video! It was built in 47 years correct not 1?
Deeply moving.
Temple will be rebuild in that same place in Temple Mount yes God Jesus bless all
I really wish and hope they would rebuild Herod’s temple
God also don't want to rebuild again because it's destroy 2 times so God desire included it
You know Jesus is a bastard, you think God would need brought a child, do you think he would have brought a child from a married woman?
Amazing!
Excelentes las enseñanzas. ¿Puedo encontrar los videos con traducción al español? Gracias.
¡Sería fabuloso!
Very well done.
Yeshua Hamashiach
How would you explain the Pyramids of Egypt ? There is a saying that reads "where there's a will there is a way." 🎆
May the God of Abraham be praised
Wow! Very cool!
So far years of studying I find this "nearly accurate and honest" . Thank you for doing your homework on this so people will have safety in viewing this . Folks it's up to you to research the information that you feed your mind on .
Thanks for the English !!!
I have never seen any building so beautiful.
If only it had not been destroyed.
The 3rd Temple will be built by the Messiah.
@ The fools think that Jesus is coming back, perhaps on a donkey! LOL
@@robmancuso964 yeah we will see who are the real ‘fools’ when He truly comes.
@@heavenisatyourdoor3936
The ''Second Coming'' is simply a rationalisation, a lousy excuse and ironically, an admission for the failure of Jesus to fulfil the Messianic prophecies/criteria during his lifetime. Jesus did not fulfil any of the criteria that The Messiah has to fulfil. The Messiah must fulfil the prophecies/criteria outright, at one time, and not in ''instalments.''
Another problem and contradiction in the New Testament is the following:
Matthew 16:28 - 'I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.'
Matthew 24:34 - Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place'
Revelation 22:7 - 'Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.'
It is quite clear from the above quotes from the New Testament, that Jesus was supposed to return within the lifetime of his disciples to fulfil the Messianic prophecies/criteria and not at some unspecified, distant future date.
A beautiful structure.....built down in the City of David over the Gihon Spring just south of Ft Antonia, exactly as Josephus and scripture explain
The Western Wall is part of Fort Antonia, a Roman fort. The Temple was south of the fort, on its own platform. The Done of the Rock is on the Fort Antonia remaining platform.
It is so obvious you know nothing about history, archaeology or know jerusalem at all...
The Western Wall was the wall of the Temple Mount. The Western Wall is only a small part of the western part of the wall
very nice presentation. the only problem is your temple is located on the wrong spot. the second temple was located on mount zion in the city of david. the haram ash-sharif is the fortress antonia. the stables are located underground. find the entrance of the aqueduct of pontius pilate and you should be able to discover the system of cisterns underneath. follow the roman sewer system underneath
Another ignorant, It is so obvious you know nothing about history, archaeology or know jerusalem at all...
OH MY GOD
Ezekiel's temple will be built at the time of the end. Ezekiel chapters 40 - 48.
