Saker Universal Socket Wrench - Does this thing work?

I accidentally bought this Saker Multifunctional Ratchet Wrench Ratchet Gadget on Amazon the other day. These "universal" tools are generally complete garbage, but I'll give it a shot in comparison to a normal socket wrench, a Gator Grip, and some other stuff.
