it really is, i love the clean professionalism of some skaters that make shit look flawless, but the gnitty gritty clips of just slamming and not landing everything perfect and having your own unique style always stood apart to me. not to say that the biggest skaters in the game dont have their battles weve all seen it firsthand but just keeping the gnarled clips and running with that energy is my favorite, who cares how nice it looks
i remember when this came out. i picked up a 40, bought this on itunes, and watched it as soon as i got off work. Furby's part is so heavy-- definitely my favorite.
Without a doubt gurneys part was the hardest hitting. First time seeing it and furbys part is what stuck out to me along with Neen coming in right behind him. Everyone was good as always both those two stuck with me the most.
I had to go back and look at this video in remembrance of days, starting to become, forgotten by skaters today. I miss this period of skating/skaters. This video marked the end of an era...
There's always a fire brewing in a storm, just takes a little lightning and the hands that keep it from drowning. It's still alive with you, keep it going in your heart.
When grecos part came on when this video came out as soon slayer kicked in me n my friend who passed away jumped off the couch cuz we knew it was gonna be awesome, we were blown away to say the least. Greco skated like he was 20 again. Rip Brian, hugest slayer fan ever.
FAV SKATE VIDEO EVER. Greco, Moose and Dickson totally nailed on this one. Everything about this video hype me up. still got my jim greco deathwish pro model. much love to this guys
I see many messages on how great Dickson , Greco and Moose's parts were the standouts. And no doubt/100% they were but damn if Slash didn't put it down as well. This video is so Fukin good and so many gnarly tricks packed in each part. Love the Andy Roy cameo....And watch Slash feet on the last truck of his part -Insane....
@Mio Fratello dickson has a great switch flip. but moose switch flipped a giant set in his part. of course it's subjective. however moose had objectively more difficult tricks. vheel crook?? backside 360 hollywood 16? i could be wrong. but you're a joke.
Man, back when I first saw this the intro was so unexpected. The last thing I was expecting was an electronic song from Deathwish. It works so well tho. I love the cocaine cowboys, documentary, style
In skateboarding there are generational videos. For my gen it was Welcome to Hell or the Rodney vs Daewon trilogy. This isn't my gen, but, it has thar kind of feel to it. Generational. . .
My first board I ever bought was the Bootleg Erik Ellington with all the liquor bottles everyone drank. I come from a family of distillers from Salt Lake City; that ran away to Canada when the law came through and I’ve been brewing since I was 15. I fucking love you guys.
I found a DVD copy still in the plastic at a smoke shop the other day and...well...best $14 I spent all year. I believe this video was released in digital format too, if not I definitely had a dvd copy of it when it dropped but probably gave it away to some kid cus i don't have it anymore but yeah man....this the mf shit
sheeesh erik ellington as always got such a cool style,, then to have neen williams next come in and drop all heelflip type tricks with insane steez is wild. Although he never goes over the top with trick selection. his style stats were already godly, but he definitely had increased slightly 98> 100 from parts before this. definitely my favourite part of his
This was probably the last skate video I ever got excited for. Unless their was a creature video with milton or the plan b video with chris joslin welcome part came out after this. Not that there haven't been good companies or skaters, but skateboarding just does not look exciting anymore like it was here
furby and moose make this video top tier
Most iconic Skate Video of my Generation im 27. it was deathwish shake junt or die when we were growing up. sad to see the team and times change
Lizards part is so slept on !! Great song choice too
He made that song work 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Every single part could stand alone. The soundtrack rules. A masterpiece!
Back when everyone delivered a full part for a video! Such a great watch
This was Deathwish at its absolute peak.

Also I can’t forget about Moose! Had to come all the way back just to say that lol
@@timobrien6499 moose was by far my favorite as well.
For sure man I just watched it and was holy shit!!!! I’m actually rewinding it and watching it again
Holy shit, I remember buying it off iTunes too. Dude yes.... "As I look up at the sky, my mind starts trippin, a tear drops my eye"
I love how they used the coast to coast am theme as there intro lol. actually the whole video has a surprisingly great soundtrack.

All i gotta say is that FA and nightmare is keeping the spirit of skating like this alive

Its a shame that Antwan didn't got into the video
Dude Furby was nutty bro and Neens heelflip omfg the gnarliest I've ever seen
@kjdacod He tried to switch Fs heelflip it but didn't land it
18:46 is an all-time great skate part from Moose.
I agree. 1000%
Honestly,yes !
that part is FUCKED
Furby and Moose were criminally underrated
Moose could have came out identically to chris joslin if they gave him last part. Insane part
every part was top tier in its own way , I feel Moose killed it tho. Iconic video
First time seeing this,I am back after 25 years break,Thanks!!
I don't know a single trick and was here for the awesome musicvideo...
Thanks 2 bunches!!! 🤫
Puedo decir orgullosamente que tengo el DVD de este video autografiado por Jim Greco 😎 el mejor video de skate por siempre
Ha perro,que envidia

...One of the Best Skateboarding Videos Ever!!! ...Whata Squad!! ...Saludos desde la Ciudad de México!!!
This is the peak of 2010s skateboarding
I invented every single trick these guys are doing. True story.
Grats !
Rodney?
real
Jim killed it
FAV SKATE VIDEO EVER. Greco, Moose and Dickson totally nailed on this one. Everything about this video hype me up. still got my jim greco deathwish pro model. much love to this guys
I think LIzard King has the best, but ERik E and also furby, but all the parts were great! Neen also
The fact that they only turned Jon Dickson pro at the premier and not moose was one of the biggest dupes in skateboarding history.
dude tell me about it i'm so salty about it. moose had the best part hands down
I see many messages on how great Dickson , Greco and Moose's parts were the standouts. And no doubt/100% they were but damn if Slash didn't put it down as well. This video is so Fukin good and so many gnarly tricks packed in each part. Love the Andy Roy cameo....And watch Slash feet on the last truck of his part -Insane....
Meant to say trick not truck
Greco’s part is sick! 37 years old and he was still shredding.
Back when skaters skated from their butts. Moose and Furby....hell-the whole crew put it down!
This video is a complete masterpiece.
One of the last physical copies of a skate vid I bought. Greco and Furby ❤️🔥
To this day I still think Dickson put down the greatest part in skate history right here.
True.
His green part is even better
@@GregMuniz7 that Green part was 🔥🔥🔥🔥
moose's was clearly better

Deathwish had the best team at this time
i wonder what furby is up to these days. Bro was too good
Man, back when I first saw this the intro was so unexpected. The last thing I was expecting was an electronic song from Deathwish. It works so well tho. I love the cocaine cowboys, documentary, style
Midnight express
Furby’s part was sick
Jim greco killed it in this one
Rewatching this year's and years agian, Jon Dicksons part is so good
We just witnessed moose in his prime in 2013 putting the hammer down
In skateboarding there are generational videos. For my gen it was Welcome to Hell or the Rodney vs Daewon trilogy. This isn't my gen, but, it has thar kind of feel to it. Generational. . .

omg thank you i searched for this for so damn long
(moose’s part)
shame he got kicked off for not being cool enough with the team. f** ellington

Moose's part is better that Dickson's part, by far!!!
Dude seriously, thank you so much man.🤜🏽🤜🏽✨✨✨
Rock on!!🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
lizard is the goat at doing the worst trick you’ve ever seen and then front 180’ing a 16 stair lmao
Lizard is also the goat at picking one of the worst songs I’ve ever heard in a skate part lmao
honestly still one of the best vids ngl,,, greco is a fkn madlad btw
The best part of moose🔥

You coulda contacted me to put together the music for this video , and it woulda turned out the exact same .
first time watching this ever and loved hearing dead skin mask over grecos part
I haven't watched this in forever and I think I've only seen it once. This shit goes hard
Furbys part was a banger
Furby has a beautiful kick flip 💯
probably the last great skate cinema made before the internet took over

CARMELITA, HOLD ME TIGHTER!🗣 such a banger ass way to start the video, let alone with lizard king first.
I don't understand wtf happened to furby. Dude wrecked this whole part with smooth hammers and i feel like he disappeared after
I love the original skating videos

dude. noice, there's something about skating in 480p
It’s bearable on one‘s smartphone but a real pain on my 60“ TV lol 😆
Neen is all bangers!
remember being disappointed by Dicksons banger choice, ... should have been like opener. Ya gnarly but way sicker stuff in his part
39:25 dude, this dude singing had me rolling lmao, especially about the burgers 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I remember this being the first vid I bought on release and it was so fucking worth it, neens part always gets me psyched!
