Your videos are great ! I need advice ; Yamaha Bruin 350, 2005, I bought new. This year I’ve noticed a slight lag when going from neutral, as I increase the throttle above idle a slight clank is noticeable then no problems. Tranny seems to lock in and pull fine once it locks in gear (fwd or rev). Is my belt worn out, is it a clutch issue, or what ? Note: No mechanical issues have ever been experienced and I’ve never changed the belt. Thank you !

Very well could be the issue. This is the the Yamaha part # 93306-20117-00. Put that in ebay for the best deal. Don't go with a knockoff bearing tho. Thanks for watching. Hi! My primary clutch has quite a bit of brake dust looking substance in it, around it, and on the cover, does that mean it’s bad? Otherwise how can I figure out what clutch is bad

Hello, thank you very much for your videos. I wanted to ask you a question. I removed the auto clutch (same as your video) on my Bruin 350. After cleaning, changing gaskets, grease... I reassembled it. I circled 3 km and the nut came loose, I tightened it again and the same thing happened. Could it be because I didn't use torque wrenches? I tightened it with an impact driver but without knowing the torque Nm. Thank you.
Did you run the bolts to widen the back clutch like the video showed (15:30 ish). The correct nut was used with the cup facing inward? What size impact are you using?
@@MidNebraskaMotorsports Did you run the bolts to widen the back clutch like the video showed (15:30 ish). yes The correct nut was used with the cup facing inward? yes What size impact are you using? I have an impact driver but without force control, I don't know the Nm it provides. I think that's the problem. I guess if I tighten the nut less than 120Nm it loosens. Thanks

In the video you said there were five bolts in the primary clutch cage, I’m only seeing four. Am I missing something because it WILL NOT come off

What would be a reason for removing the belt?
Can I get a link to the bearing that goes in the clutch guard/cage. I believe that’s the source of the whining I’m experiencing on my 2004 bruin

Hey, I have a 2014 yamaha grisly 350, do you think that the setup is the same, or do you think that i would have to use/get different parts?

Yea, it needs to be pretty tight. I would guess 50-60 ft lbs. That's a guess, but it should be close. Thanks again for watching.
