Riding Chile's Crown Jewel: Torres del Paine
Вставка

- I ride my motorcycle around Torres Del Paine national park in southern Chile. This is often listed among the most amazing and most beautiful parks in the world. Torres Del Paine is truly a bucket list location to visit, and certainly to ride a motorcycle around.
I start off by taking the Ferry from Caleta Yungay and Caleta Tortel to Puerto Natales. This ferry is a 2 day long ferry ride through the Chilian fjords.
I'm riding my Honda CRF250L Rally on a tour of South America on my way south the ride to Argentina.

Hi John. Beautifull ride man. I never forget it. Thanks man.
Cristiano!!! I feel like I know you!! Congratulations on an incredible journey!!
Thank you! It was a special trip to do together.
@@Motoramblings thanks . It was incredible.
Unbelievable!! So gorgeous! The water is incredible. I didn’t want it to stop!
It was amazing. The pictures don't do it any justice.
@@DeweyRides I’m sure!
Magnificent desolation. Beautifully shot. Love your videos. I look forward to each installment
It was such a neat place to get to visit! I am glad you enjoy them, it means a lot that I get to share it with people back home.
Unbelievable Dewey!!! Just perfect
Glad you enjoyed! It was pretty awesome to do in person. I'm not gonna lie. Lol. Nice to know peeps back home are watching!
Great video Dewey! I love the way you put this one together, and the scenery is just epic! The incredible journey continues!!
Ya. The next 4,5,6 vids should all be pretty amazing. I have lots of scenic views to show.
@@DeweyRides awesome!!
Another great edit Dewey.... Sooo many great memories.
Thanks, and yes, many memories for sure!
Amazing. Dream place to ride. Great edit.
Ya, it is really an amazing place, that is for sure. I am glad you enjoyed it!
Absolutely stunning mountains. That wind though.
That Patagonia wind is the real deal. The wind will come up again in several of the videos from down here. It is something that you just can't prepare for, until you get here and feel it.
Another great video Dewey!
the shots of the water and those mountain peaks….wowzas!
Keep em coming 👍🏻
Thanks. I think all the Patagonia stuff will be good. There is just so much amazing scenery.
wow! that wind looks crazy
Ya. It was pretty brutal. The Patagonia wind is really no joke.
Wow. Fjords remind me of Milford sound in New Zealand. The world is a stunning place for those of us that choose to see it. I should trade mark that saying. 😂
Hahaha. You definitely should.
I know that wind is brutal
Fair play to you
You survived to share your journey
Thanks again, mate
Ya. The wind down there never lets up. It's no joke!
incredible views man. Crazy how strong those winds where and glad you were able to get through it.
The wind is really something down in Patagonia. This is not the last time the wind will come up, haha
Ugh, that wind - but worth it for the scenery... glad you're doing it and not me! :D
Welcome to Patagonia. The wind will be a recurring theme.
@@DeweyRides No thank you, very much. I'll just watch your vids and put a fan in front of me to replicate it. Can you imagine how fast my stogies would burn in that crap?
Stunning scenery and crossing. And with newly made friends to make it even better. Any cetaceans on the way?
Unfortunately, no, we saw a couple of sea lions, and that was it.
Reminds me a bit of Homer, Alaska with the glacier's sloping down. I have seen many glacier's and the water is never going to look as good on camera as it does on person. It's so intense and 3d. I need to go back and catch up on the video's, I missed the one where you swapped your DR for a CRF.
You have missed a lot! The DR was stolen from a hotel, so I had to go back to the US and buy a new bike.
@@DeweyRides I'll catch up. Work took over, then massive amounts of work on my DR and Tiger to get ready for a cross America trip, and when I get back the Oregon BDR. Tame compared to your epic adventure, I will get to your level some day.
@@wyattblessing7078 - The ORBDR is anything but tame! No worries, the vids are always here. Getting out and riding is always the right answer.
such a beautifull place, great images bro. Did you need to withdraw Pesos in Puerto Natales? How did you do it?
I had been in Chile for a while by the time I got there, I had pesos. Chile I had zero issues with money, you can use any ATM to get cash, no problems. Everywhere also takes credit cards. Argentina is a different story.
11:54 was it snowing a bit?
Just rain. Luckily.
