I have been watching your videos regularly and I am overwhelmed by the detailed information provide by you.
I request your recommendation as I am planning to buy a compact SUV/SUV. If you get few minutes please suggest the below questions
We are a small family and my budget would be around 16-17 Lakh max and I need good features in the vehicle. My driving will not be must as I am in IT and get the opportunity to work from home. However I love to go for long drive and I enjoy driving a lot on long trips.
I am looking for few things as MUST HAVE in the SUV is : AT gearbox, Ground Clearance must be decent, Safety 5 start and should have decent mileage.
1. Sedan vs SUV/Compact SUV : please suggest the name of the vehicle ?
2. Kushaq/Tigun or Mahindra 3XO ?
3. Shall I go for any strong Hybrid ? If yes which one.

As u hv mentioned u will hardly take out car on daily basis... so don't consider mileage in ur checklist...
If ur beginners afraid of Manual transmission thn go wid EV.
As no change of oil n other unnecessary expenses in stand still car...
For AMT - consider Honda City 4 🌟 with all features including ADAS , ride quality top notch..gear box super smooth..
Or EV like Punch or Nexon..
If budget allows go with 3X0 overall good bt mileage is less n nt supersmooth AMT

There is not much to choose between Nexon and XUV 3XO. So Nexon can also be a good choice but the mileage of Nexon will be similar to XUV. So either of the two would be fine.
HONDA AMT is ofcourse an excellent choice but the ground clearance is very less. In Bangalore the roads are very bad and uneven. So, in that sense. Kushaq seems to be an option. What do you say ?
One last thing, as per you Sedan or compact SUV ?

Mileage is biggest concerned in Bangalore, also its becoming Hot..

Also there is free units or subsidy in Karnataka..
For Mileage n power don't trust on paper...
In real world Nexon gives more Mileage thn Xuv bt it lacks in power..
For me Suv means real power to speed vehicle after speed breakers..
Nexon petrol is nt recommend at all...
In past many car company's hv left India.. after BS7 norms..upgradation engine cost will be more..unlike with Diseal few models will discontinue or left India due to high tax n upgradation cost sense...
Leave Skoda..
Go with Mahindra as u may get discounts as face-lift on verge..,or wait
New look will suit ur corporate life style...
Considering trend n benefits... Sedan is nt good choice...as nobody needs tht much boot space...Hatchback n Compact Suv r more enough in boot n leg room area..
Compact Suv is good choice Considering Traffic n parking space.. also wide n big tyres provides more comfort...n looks
Avoid Sedan as it should look na ur Upgrading urself in next segment.

Automatic Gear Box
ground clearance
good torque for hills
compact SUV (as driving bigger vehicles in BLR is a headache)
currently I own Alto K10 (more than 10 yrs old so need some upgrade as kids are putting pressure :) )
I want to avoid Tata. that is why the obvious choice comes like XUV300/XUV3XO

If diesel cars manufacturing is stopped then diesel car prices in send and market will be huge...so u can buy diesel cars now.
Not only production will be banned but operations will also be restricted in some cities to 10 years or maybe less. Therefore buying it wouldn't be a good option.
