Great tips, Zoe! My one tip is that the Rake is OP. You can use it in a variety of ways for building around your base. But it's really good for farming. By just having 1 single block of farming soil, you can use the rake to then spread that one block into a whole field. So basically the Rake lets you copy the terrain type. And if you then mine the soil, you can get multiple farming soil blocks back, even though you only had the one from the start.
Another alternative regarding resin. Trees with colored leaves will have a higher chance to drop resin. So at the starting area, trees with yellow leaves will drop more resin than normal. Its almost a guaranteed 1-2 resin. Also, carry around multiple weapons around with you, and use one or two of them to destroy everything early on. Another tip regarding twigs for arrows, dens of wolves/boar/tigerdogs can be mined for twigs. At night, more of the enemies from the shroud(ie. the blue skinned dudes), will roam about outside of the shroud, and also in larger numbers, so if you want to farm the shroud wisps, thats one way, but also to look out if you're a little lower level.
Yeah, also I found out going high instead of far the hard way today. Had 2 minutes left, shouldn't be a problem ... I figured out getting high in the last 30 seconds, dipped out of the fog with 0 left, regained 2 seconds, slipped down and died.
mud pits give extra dirt big trees give extra logs shroud liquid is faster collected from large patches of those white bubbles or twiggy brown mushrooms, take note of where they grow on the map, dont bother chopping down tall fungi. upgrade to iron as soon as you can, I tend to skip bronze tools. if it can be farmed, farm it instead of gathering, you get tons very quickly, especially honeybee hives.

You can always log out to avoid dying and losing your gathered materials in the shrouded
Stairs r much easier for high up building
Hi
Is there anything that gives me extra resources? Please, can you make a video of it, please? No one talks about it
mud pits give extra dirt
big trees give extra logs
