Ask anyone in this industry how A Reece is unreachable. Unless you know special people or know him personally (even if the probability of him answering calls and emails is low) he will not answer your calls. I am in the music industry as a producer and i have heard stories of some companies that tried to collaborate but he rarely answers his phones or would respond weeks later.
Some brands do not have the patience. It seems Reece is comfortable with his royalties and tour money. Even artists that have a bag for a feature get turned down.

The deals he gets are those who have a close relationship to him and found a way to get to him or the bag was so heavy he had to respond.
