Sir, 3 months ago, I was driving the Nexon XZ Petrol on a National Highway at 85 speeds in a storm. It was very dark and I was a little bit difficult to see the road clearly the through the car headlights. Suddenly, a 20 liter empty water-can (dark blue in color) came across in front of my vehicle rolling 20 feet ahead, which might have come on my way with the force of strong winds, which the same time I was aware of the vehicles running behind me as their headlights were flashing. So, instead of slamming on the brake, I moved centering the vehicle to let water-can pass under the vehicle. I heard screeches, as I drove the vehicle 50 meters ahead and could even sense that the water-can might have moved rolling beneath the car from the bumper to the middle point of the car). Then, I slowed down and brought the vehicle to the left-side of the road to stop. Checked underneath the car, but it was not there. So, I came to the front to check, at which I found the water-can before right front tire. To my luck, no damages found at the bumper or anywhere beneath the car superficially. So, I continued to drive to get to my destination. Later, I informed about the incident to service supervisor, who advised to check for any oil leakage by putting cardboard sheets below the car. I found no oil leakage. So, he advised me to be relaxed and bring the vehicle at next service, which will be after two months. Anyway, I have faced no problem with the vehicle so far.
However, do you suggest me getting the vehicle checked for specific areas for the above incident? How would you draw implication about the impact caused to the vehicle? Would you please suggest, for which I would be grateful to you. Thanking you.

My Nexon is 3 months old and recently it get break down. After that the dealer has changes the engine they said there is a crank on shaft. The vehicle was at dealer location for 14 days. Can tata give compensation for this ? Why should one suffer after paying 13lac and it is just 3 month old.

Earlier i had Maruti Car. Tin Ka Dabba. I had made a big blunder by purchasing Maruti cars. I had to pay huge price to maintain my car. No safety for Car owners and their Family. Maruti Cars only focus on Mileage and external looks of their car. Yes Brezza is the only car with 4 * Star.
Nexon is 5 star cars, Low on Maintainance, strong built, ground clearance 209 MM, Boot space 350 Litres, Very comfort to travel long Journey. 5 people can easily fit inside Car 🚗. Whatelse ❓
All Tata Cars is 4 Star or 5 Star rating cars aswell as Mahindra & Mahindra Cars with 4 Star and 5 Stars rating.
So please don't make blunders by purchasing Tin Ka Dabba.

White colour because of only one reason.... the rear white colour strip which comes in grey colour only in white combination which looks great. 👍😀

Yes of course in nexon vibration is there because of 3 cylinder engine in petrol so noise also there.

But diesel nexon have too much issues.. I have nexon xm diesel bs6.. I drove it about 45000 km within 2 years. In two years I have changed my shock up, and another is oil and coolent get mixed.. So there is oil cooler changed and main issue is catalytic converter melts in running.. So car is burning, luckily someone says me that car is on fire from silencer and estmate cost around 1.5 lack. How is this possible within 2 years. So bad experience with NEXON

Budget is 8-9, buying from CSD, running will be less than 500 km/ month in Himachal village, petrol variant, IMT/AMT, pakka roads with few rough patches, good ground clearance, first time driver, safety is the top most priority. Nexon, Brezza and i20 are a few options in mind. Ok with both SUV and hatchback. People complain about Nexon engine so little confused. Please suggest. Thanks in advance
Look at XUV 300 W4.....but I'll let you know that there is a lot of cost cutting in that variant. We booked it but cancelled it because of lack of features. Other than that it has a better engine, more refined and less NVH.

Nice video. I am having Brezza ZDi plus car which is 4 years old and done 82k km . The car is absolutely in new condition till date and no issues. Recently I have booked Brezza zxi and thinking to resale my Brezza diesel car. This decision is mainly because of my concern about pollution norms as I reside in Delhi NCR jahan diesel car ki validity 10 years ki hi hai. @@prajwalwankhede2031 performance wise I would say it is decent..definitely not that smooth automatic but you get used to it in no time..basically not for enthusiasts but gives a less tiring experience in traffic..have taken it on normal uphill roads as well & ran good..without the need for manual mode..overall I would say that you have to be a light footed driver to use AMT..mileage wise after first service it hasn't improved much..in bumper to bumper the display won't cross even 9kmpl..but in normal traffic it reaches 12..& on highways it ranges from 16-20..will see the difference after second service & 1 year

Hello Sir, I have booked XMS Petrol,but now waiting and rethinking about my decision.Both due to new Breeza with sunroof coming on 30th and due to some negative reviews. I have driven cars in plains, I don't have experience of hill driving but eventually want to take Nexon for hills. You and your wife seemed happy with Nexon even taking DDSravi's views on this, but you too find some issues. What is the solution you have for A pillar and for low beam? Drivability and safety are more important than features.
I have recently booked Nexon XZ+ HS Dark and previously having Indica Vista there also I found this A pillar issue . But I believe once you accustomed to it with proper seat adjustment then its not a major concern

I bought Tata Nexon, Bs6 2020, it has been 2.5 years, I have driven 72000 kms so far, done 5 trips from Tamilnadu to Gujarat almost 2000 kms just one side, up and down round trip approx 5000 kms, every time. Just takes 2 days to reach Ahmedabad. Very comfortable to drive, even after 12 hours of straight driving you feel relaxed. Easy cruising in 90kms to 120 kms speed, just makes driving experience so good.
Nexon is very stable at high speed and in corners as well, You feel safe inside the car.
The center of gravity is key for this car. It is very light on tyres, which results in less graining of rubber. Am aiming to run this tyre till 1,00,000 Kms, another 27000 km is still there to achieve this milestone.
This car has never disappointed me, smooth,There is no rattling noise, sturdy suspension. Overall a good package.
About the maintenance, i have done, on time services as Tata Mechanic's advise. Every service is done show room. Change the plugs every 30000 kms. Engine oil change 15000 kms, Wheel alignment and balancing is done every 15000kms, Air filter was replaced after 50000 kms. I would recommend spark change every 30000 kms. This brings good performance in your car.
I would say Nexon is worth every penny.
