Paneer Stuffed Chilla Recipe 😍 |

    Recipe:
    1. Take 100 grams readymade Spinach Chilla Mix, 1/2 cup curd and 1/2 cup water. Combine everything well to form a smooth batter but it should not be too watery. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
    2. For mint chutney: In a blender, add coriander and mint leaves along with some ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt, roasted cumin, anardana, black pepper, lemon juice, curd and ice cubes. Blend everything together and it’s ready.
    3. For Paneer Filling: Take some paneer, add coriander leaves, salt, ginger, green chillies, red chilli powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi and roasted cumin powder. Mix well and form a filling.
    4. Now, take small portions of the chilla batter, pour onto a pan lined with some oil and cook it evenly from both sides. Add some paneer filling along with some coriander leaves and ginger julienne.
    5. Serve it with any chutney or sauce of your choice. Happy eating!
