Hi bro,
I also have the same laptop and the current configuration are as follows-
2x2GB 1333Mhz PC3 RAM= 4GB,
Intel Core i5 2520M Processor,
500GB HDD and Windos 10 Pro 64bit.
I want to upgrade my RAM with 2x8GB 1600Mhz PC3 and also want to replace the hdd with the 500GB SSD but don't want to change the processor so is it possible to change all these without changing the the CPU.
Please help me in this regard 🙏
No need to replace CPU. Just replace HDD with SSD. it will increase your system's performance. later you can upgrade RAM if required.
@@sbitOnline Is it possible to upgrade the RAM upto 16GB (I am talking about 1600Mhz DDR 3 Ram currently installed ram is 1333mhz)? Because according to HP's website, the maximum upgradeable is up to 4x4=8GB (1333mhz).
Then go with HP website 👍 increase upto 8 GB with same frequency ok

Hey i got a hp 15 laptop 2022 , i installed a nvme m. 2 ssd but it doesnt show in the file explorer, i check the disk manager but it was also not there, later i know that the sata controller setting in my hp laptop is off, when i went to turn it on i was unable to open the advanced settings in the bios, please help me with that
Go to the bios and check bios settings letter do online the disk of it is showing offline. Second thing you can insert a bootable disk and format the SSD or insert bootable USB drive with os and try to format SSD or install os on it

I am not sure bcz other companies are also depends on hardware and components. Processor slot may be different. You have check with company website & customer care of HP
