I hope you have a nice automation suite that already ran by the time your release team gave you a RC. at least you know regression has been passing and you only need to focus on the new pile of tickets you need to verify (unless new changes already have automation to protect). otherwise, good luck of regressing the whole system and verifying new tickets. make sure you ask for more time to test and give them a reasonable timeframe.
