It looks pretty decent, aesthetically. Definitely not low budget, possibly medium budget. Most 'big budget' films spend the bulk of the money on the cast. The actual technical cost of production isn't *so* massive. A lower budget film could still compete on production with lower salaries, like this one possibly does.
Michael Biehn is awesome. But otherwise this film looks so formula based it's kind of painful. I don't care about the budget... I care about the concept, writing and performances.
