I was inspired one night by your videos and ground up some chicken thighs with chicken breast, and boy did it come out tasty. It also was quick cooking by using the smash method. Thanks again for your videos, they make my day brighter and my nights better.
oklahoma is my fav burger to make and eat. the simplicity but complex versions of onion is incredible. all diff onion textures are included. you did a great job on these oklahoma onion burgers chef.

Growing up that was the number one rule I was always told was to NEVER smash down the patties because it can lead to them being dry and losing their flavor from the juices. But I can see why it’s done the cooking time is way faster on a thinner “smashed” patty

He works for a company in the UK! It’s like a businesses eatery/cafeteria that has a grill so he cooks for other workers for their breakfast or lunch breaks!
Anyone else notice at like 10:45 he uses the same paper towel that is sprayed with cleaning chemicals like two minutes before to spread the oil over the cooking plate?
I didn’t notice until I watched back but to be fair pretty sure it’s a food safe sanitizer, probably the same sanitizer they use to clean the grill at the end of the night aswell but it is a bit odd that he smeared oil all over the grill with it 🥴

@jackwagon4313 DHL is a transport and logistics business. Used worldwide as far as I'm aware. So the Heathrow branch would deal with the planes but also as a distribution hub for drivers too

I live in Oklahoma... those look like a proper smash burger. I like mine (obviously with grilled onions), pickels, and mustard only.
