It’s Day #2 of your Summer Fit '24 SHRED Challenge! This workout pumps the heart through different cardio heart rate zones pyramid styles! Alternate between two different exercises, each circuit in 15, 30, and 45-second intervals at varying intensities. There are options for high impact or low impact.
i came into this workout unmotivated, tired, and praying that this workout would be over soon…as soon as we finish the warm up i just focus on the moves and the next time i looked at the clock and hear you say that we’re half way done, i realized i was enjoying this workout and feeling so much better. Ended this workout feeling energized, motivated, tired in a good way, and ready to start my day. thanks Amy!
Fast and furious, Amy! Loved this workout. We're in the middle of winter down south in Australia, and I've been feeling the cold most of the day. So good to feel warm and invigorated. Thank you! 🥰🥰❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Loved this format! Love the switch up between one long pyramid and a bunch of smaller ones! It made it go by fast and was easy to keep track of what was next 🙂
I LOVE pyramid stacks!! It’s so fun,and Challenging moving through the different Zones and effective. Thank- u Amy! I would LOVE For u to put cardio dance and I was dancing with you! LOL!
Love it! Hey Amy, do you think this work out is enough for today? I am 43 and trying so hard to loose weight and get stronger! Do you think I should lift weights also today?
Loved the pyramid format, however, I found it frustrating that there was so much 'talking' in what was a relatively short 28 minute workout. The first six minutes were taken up with describing what was coming up. This meant there was barely 20 minutes of actual work because in between each section time was spent again going over what the next moves were. Obviously, for new people this is important but perhaps such in-depth instructions are best left to the longer 35-40 minute workouts where there is more time. Just a thought! Loved it otherwise.
