Even if this wasn't an actual Double Dragon game, I would still believe that's the actual Bimmy and Jimmy Lee given how loosely interpreted the Double Dragon license has been in its many incarnations.
fun fact, this games was coodeveloped by a mexican studio and a japanese studio the game was suposed to be a double dragon game but evoga coudln't get the license, that's why there are characters with the same or similar name like billy, jimmy and abubo
Yeah, most of the time a fighting game speedrun boils down to finding an attack sequence that the AI opponent can't deal with (since fighting games very rarely have completely different AI routines for every character), and then repeating it ad nauseam until maybe you get to the boss that requires a different sequence. That's why half of the fighting game TASes on this channel are combo/glitch showcases rather than true speedruns.
