Can you please help me??? when I do the single missions at the beach right next to the construction site, there is this quest where it’s speaking different language… some kinda Dutch or something I’m on the 3rd or 4th quest and I don’t understand what it says. So can you please help me?
There is also a ladder glitch Step 1: Jump onto a ladder Step 2: Climb up There you go! But if you kill yourself you can't move, unless you refresh any game modes

Ladder glitch is when you climb up and go down real fast then you go underground
