How to train when fasting through Ramadan without losing gains, progress. Can you gain strength, muscle, get leaner and stronger in the gym? Or will you lose your progress. This is what you should and shouldn't do when it comes to training. Enjoy

Jk Loved the video : )
First like.
what if im a runner that's training for a 10k race after Ramadan. Do i still need to reduce the cardio in my training plan as I'm fasting? As long as I'm training after iftar do I still reduce the load regardless?
You don't need to do cardio during Ramadan because fasting will substitute it. Do some exercises before iftar, then break your fast with some protein and collagen (with vitamin C) to prevent collagen depletion. Again, DO NOT do cardio while fasting or you will go into extreme muscle atrophy - I know from experience.

One thing I would say is: don’t be afraid to try lifting fasted early during the day.
Most people who train fasted in the day choose to do so quite late, around 1-2 hours before iftar.
I personally do it much earlier (around midday) because I am still very much hydrated and well fed from suhoor (pre-morning meal). So I find myself having a good amount of energy to push through my workouts.
Believe it or not, I am still just as strong on the deadlift, squat, bench and overhead press this way. I’ve even had increases in strength in my performance from the past across those compound lifts.
Only downside from my experience is that I don’t have enough stamina to keep up that performance for accessories later on in the workout. But, it is a small price to pay for maintaining or even increasing strength on the big compound lifts. Think that’s a much better way to retain or even build muscle during Ramadan.
Just my two cents.
This advice obviously only applies to individuals who are in a position to train around their work/study commitments early during the day.
You said "take creatine"
After that you said "don't take caffeine"
😅😅😅
Well 😌 i don't understand much 😂
Creatin is not caffeine.
Oh British Accent 😮💨 I can't hear you really
CONSIDER BECOMING A MUSLIM MY BROTHER , IS THERE ANY BETTER THING YOU CAN DO THAN GETTING CLOSER TO GOD
Why can't he become closer to God if he is Christian or any other religion?
Yes, getting closer to Jesus, of course
@@darkodjordjevic2789 christianity is no longer a religion everything is accepted in christianity there's no rules there's no fear of god everyone is christian (People manipulated the true christianity and changed it to work to their favor) Brother i promise you if you give some time and actually asked God to guide you, and you start to really search about the truth, you'll find it. ( If you really believe in God ask him to guide you ; )
