I've watched a bunch of these over the past several days. This one is my favorite. I love that it shows what it would be like to be a guest at this fabulous home.

So unreal, I watched this show about 100 times, and I realized it will be my first time commenting on it. When, where I live, in Quebec city, Canada, it is winter tine and about -30C I love to watch this show not only because of the beautiful house, but also because of the wonderful manicured landscape(garden) and the tennis court :) .. now it is summer here and still I found myself watching the sow AGAIN (LOL). Anyway, that must say something either I am an addict of the show .. and Suzanna and Alex or I am an addict of wonderful and beautiful things, especially dishes - nice table setting, etc. ... Finally, every reason is a great one to watch your show, Suzanne. This home is a dream. OMG
Back again to my favorite, magnificent place with you Suzanne and Alex where it is sunny and gorgeous. I love bleu and white dishes, and this gorgeous table that Alex did set inspired me so much. I have all white dishes here, I found some bleu chargers, put my white dinner plate on top, added some gorgeous made in Italy bleu big bowls (good for pasta or salad) on top. I found some linen napkins (Ralph Lauren) to set aside. It looks fantastic although I did not have to purchase a whole set of blue and white dishes, I have the same effect. In a big wooden tray, I added all the little bowls that bleu and white and did exactly what Alex did : put all different condiments for the salad. Final find, a big Bleu and White chicken made of porcelain to put on the middle of the table along with the tray. A little vase Bleu and White (Bombay & co) with some flowers. I tell you that in every show that you do, we can find an idea - THANK YOU again so much. Happy Spring !!

Candle sticks out for us as we ate cheese french. Bread apple slices chips. And wine in the late. Morning!! We. Laughed and laughed at the silly spare of. Moment idea. Suddenly. Neighbors. Came. By. I love the kind of rich people that love their homes, love design and seem to love being together, to enjoy being wealthy. Too often, they don't enjoy their homes or each other.
These are the type of rich people that make me jealous that I am not rich. I would love to work for families like this - cleaning their homes as a live in - because I am a loner and like doing solitary things (but not in public).
I love design and have spent decades pouring over Architectural Digest (reading the articles) and studying the theories behind the ideas. I was heart broken when Connoisseur Magazine folded.
