Santa Barabara used to never have restaurants expand out into to state street, they only started doing that once covid started, now they are keeping it that way permanently because us locals love it that way now.

Laguna Beach is great! Much smaller town which different, and very beautiful scenery. A trip to Laguna Beach is a must when in SoCal
