I like the entryway. If you were to add an interior door there, you'd have an airlock entryway. Good for cold climates. Very nice.

Only two quibbles - since most laundry is generated by bedrooms and clothing, move/add (there is space) laundry upstairs to avoid lugging laundry up and down stairs and through the house - and avoid the risk of a (possibly fatal) fall on the stairs. I’d rather carry a few kitchen/dining room linens or living room throws upstairs as needed. The other minor quibble is to tile the entry. Wood flooring even with rugs, can be damaged by moisture and ground in dirt over time. Looks like a pantry is available, although not shown (or maybe water heater/HVAC location?). Really liking your ideas, Jasper!❤

Nice layout. Small but not cramped. Really liked the front end of the lower level....and guess what? another peek-a-boo staircase!
Nice home. Your designs have become so comfortingly consistent in terms of thoughtful layouts, storage, and tasteful design and decor.
I love coziness of this layout. My favorite parts are the wrap around porch, built-ins with the floating shelves, fireplace, open shelf in the kitchen, raised sinks in both the bathrooms, & the shiplap along the ceiling upstairs.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Checking boxes: Porch. Entry with coat closet and space for a bench. Living room with fireplace and separately hung TV - though it should be a bit lower. Bookcases. Powder room. Ample counter in kitchen. Possible laundry room (not shown). Possible pantry closet (not shown). Ample wardrobes in bedrooms. Well done!
Perfect, I would just need a bed and bath downstairs. Love the decor choices, highlight the design really nicely.
I like the separation of living room, dining room, and kitchen. In fact, I would add only one feature to this house: exterior shutters on the living room window to add some cottage charm.

What a lovely home. There are only a couple of changes I would make. First is the floor in the entrance hall. It should match the powder room and kitchen flooring. A high traffic, dirty area like an entry needs an easy to maintain floor. The second is purely a personal choice, which would be to separate the kitchen and dining area. Easy to do with this home. Well done indeed

The entire home has such a beautiful layout! I'd put a nice big patio in the back with patio doors leading out from the dining room. Can you also include the size of each of the rooms?

Jasper, it is beautiful! What is behind the one door I think near the kitchen ? You know I am nosy and want to know. Great house I would not change anything at all!
Pretty home. If all bedrooms are upstairs, that’s where the laundry room should be. I prefer an open floor plan where the LR, Kit & DR merge into 1 in a more spacious feeling home. Thanks for the coat closet! A master needs its own small bathroom with shower. I also prefer a master closet and an interior holiday decoration storage area. Not much room here for the computer station either.
I like the plan of this house. May be more space is what lacks a bit. 😊

Beautiful and cozy and practical. Very clever the way you did the half bath with the laundry and then put the pantry on the other side. Great curb appeal, wonderful porch. Great layout.
Near perfect except for some issues with the doorways upstairs - I feel your struggle getting them to work well. Suggestions:
Maybe you could transpose the entire dormer/bathroom about 6 feet toward the back of the house, so that the center axis of the bathroom is aligned with the center axis of the stairs. Then, don't do unusal angles upstairs. Make the bathroom a plain old rectangle. Have its door right in the middle - you will have a clear path to go in and won't be dodging around the bathroom vanity. Now square off the bedroom wall and you can give the bedroom a real door that closes and not an awkwardly angled cased opening. Having a bedroom door that shuts is better for fire safety, and now it would be placed so that feels easier to access, more intuitive, and feels a bit more separate from the bathroom. And there is another a bonus - imho I think having the dormer further back would be even more aesthetic on the exterior, which is already lovely, btw.. (Okay, so not absolutely ideal to be looking in the bathroom door as you come up the stairs, but given all the advantages I think it would be a worthy trade-off. Coming up the stairs you would be looking through the door toward the nice windows and not right at the fixtures, and the stairway and upstairs are private areas anyway.)
