Frijoles Puercos - Refried Beans with Bacon, Chorizo, and Cheese

Frijoles Puercos are Mexican Refried beans. The translation is pork beans. In my experience, Frijoles Puercos is served as a side dish to Barbacoa Sinaloense. This recipe is also great to accompany any main dish that has meat. In this video, I will be demonstrating how to prepare the beans.
