I think there’s way better drills than the first one they did... I don’t see how that is too effective compared to lots of other methods you could replace it with.
@@Chuckydeez831 I've never seen it done with a hitting element. But I haven't coached in America in over 7 years. Nor have I worked at the college level. Been to sever clinics over the years

Change In direction while being hit, looks like a solid drill to me
Depends on what the emphasis is. Cuts - unnecessary. Balance in traffic - ok
It is a Great Drill that currently most Top 10 RBs drill all the time
