One Bowl Banana Bread Recipe | ROOKIE WITH A COOKIE

Let me tell you a story. This bread is a staple in my kitchen. The end!
Quick and Easy Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 4 medium or 3 large overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional; as I always, I forgot!)
