- Transcontinental Ferry Flight in ULTRALIGHT aircraft: Alpi Pioneer 400 from Germany to Kazakhstan | PART 1: Flying to GEORGIA, Tbilisi.
Hi, guys!
This is Konstantin Fedchenko, CEO of «KFEAVIA» (a company specialising in aircraft sales and acquisitions, charter passenger and cargo flights, and aviation consultancy).
In today’s episode we are picking up an airplane from the Seller and start it’s delivery to the Buyer.
Join me on this remarkable transcontinental adventure in an Alpi Pioneer 400, a single-engine (Rotax Powered) aircraft, from Germany to Kazakhstan.
Departure - PIRMASENS (Germany)
Destination - ALMATY (Kazakhstan)
During this journey, you can witness the pilot's strategic decision-making, how I do the flight planning, considering weather conditions and a stopovers for refueling and the rest, immersing myself in the local culture and connecting with aviation enthusiasts along the way.
Throughout the video, we get to learn aircraft's advanced avionics and comfortable cabin.
I believe my documentary-style narration provides insights into the technical aspects of flying and particularly an Alpi Pioneer 400, highlighting its performance capabilities and reliability.
Write in the comments below if toy like the way I describe things or should you wish to see less technical videos!
Cargo pilot lifestyle: One day in AFRICA on a SAAB-340
Wanna know how to fly cargo in Africa? Is it possible to fly without permission there? What is it like to live in a hotel right on the football stadium?
Lately I've been flying a lot on SAAB-340, so warmly welcome on board and join our interesting work routine on the unusual route ► TANGER (Morocco) - TUNIS (Tunisia) - GYOR (Hungary).
All procedures in detail, aircraft close ups, views from the pilots cabin, funny and tricky moments here.

Wonderful video Konstantin…..seeing your videos after a long time. Amazing shots 🎉
Thanks :)
Glad you like them!
Share this video with your friends: messengers, social networks :)
Minute 22, when you are a passenger and a pilot at the same time! :D
Absolutely agree 😀
Another great adventure Konstantin! I've flown most of the route quite a few times, just not in an Ultralight! Not exactly your father or grandfathers Ultralight though. The Alpi Pioneer 400 seems pretty capable. Emergency frequency yes, I've heard cat sound broadcast on 121.5 in the Eastern US. Clearly people with too much free time on their hands and a bit surprising if you're not ready for it.
Thanks! Curious, what did you fly? ✈️
Konstantin, this is one of the best aviation channels on UA-cam. I am so pleased I found it! Subbed of course. That is a beautiful LSA! I fly the Bristell B23. Greetings from England.
Hello there!
Bristell is nice 👌
Thanks for a warm feedback 🤝
Hi Konstantin, this is the third video that I've watched of yours and was a little confused why you are always flying different aircraft. I'm glad I read your description below of your company and what you do as it makes more sense. The one storm you went through looked really scary with the storm clouds on your second leg. Hope your sickness cleared up as flying in a small plane with no bathroom can be rough if you don't feel well. The last landing looked really awesome, being a night, with all the lights illuminating the dark runway. Looking forward to watching the next 2 videos of this series.
Hi, Ben!
Thanks, you got all points, it is very challenging - ferrying a plane.
I do it because i like challenges 😃
And also it is exciting to pass on this experience to my subscribers 😊
Thanks for a feedback 🤝
Dyakuyu! Waiting for Beshbarmak!
Unfortunately trip was disturbed and went out of schedule, so had no time for beshbarmak :( But next time 110%!)))

No one really saying anything about music compilation for the video. I personally think that the music chosen is great. Well done Костя! I'm going to nick couple of tracks.
Thanks, Edissons! 🤝
I’ll pass the feedback to my editor Roman 👋🏿
Music on emergency frequency for happy landing 🎉
Lol, true, but some “Allah akbar” song makes me concerned about happy landing 😀
Hello Konstantin, I really like your videos, great and interesting job you do, indeed... I would suggest adding an explanatory map on each mission so that it's easy for us to understand your full itinerary.
Thanks ☺️
I keep an intrigue so you guys watch the next part 😀😀😀
Here we go🎉
Thanks, man 👍🏿
Great videos Konstantin, thank you so much for sharing your adventures with us! Happy Landings. Peter

being fresh out of flight school I can imagine amount of tiredness you must endure flying so many hours in small se plane
Haha, very right 😀😀😀
Молодец, Костя. Ждем новые видео 😊

Hi!
I am actually Ukrainian 🇺🇦 🤗
Thanks for your complements ☺️
Congratulations for this fabulous video. Fantastic plane and skilful pilot. I’m looking forward to part II
Thank you for these warm words 😊
It feels that you are doing the right job. Like your relaxed way to handle things
Not always relaxed - but this job makes you feel cold-headed even when overwhelmed - otherwise you are in trouble
Wonderful trip, insane job!
Thanks!
The adventure is just about to start in the next video 😀😀😀
Great video Konstantin, keep up the great work and hopefully we will see some more Saab-340 operations?
Thanks, Kieron!
Yep, i am still on the SAAB and Citation 😀📆

Крутой ролик получился!
Спасибо 🙏
Thanks for the video. I am so jealous. I would love to have made that flight. As a sport plane I think that one you were flying looks really amazing.
Yeah, thanks :)
Alpi, cool plane, can run on MOGAS 👌
Great trip Konstantin. How do you plan to use the jerry cans behind you?
Thanks!
You will have to watch the next episode :)
Teaser: refuelling in Uzbekistan at a petrol station 🙈
Supe rinteresting video Konstantin, as always!
Do you run Garmin Pilot here on the tablet? Thought I saw you using Firelight earlier.
For this route i used Foreflight and after Georgia i use Rocketroute - it has all charts for that region.
Thank you @@KFEAvia . Looking forward to part 2.
👏
👏
побольше бы ATC communication. В остальном - замечательно!
Спасибо, в следующем выпуске будет больше :)
Recently discovered your Channel Konstantin, very nice and interesting videos! I have started my way to get my PPL but that will take some time ;)
Do you need a CPL to do Ferry Flights? Might become interesting for me at one point if i don't like to drive trucks so much anymore ;)
Greetings from Norway next to ENRA/MQN
Chris, god kveld :)
Thanks ☺️
It depends, normally you need a CPL to do commercial flights. But of course if someone is happy to have PPL pilot ferrying his plane (not for money, but for example, hour building) - thats fine.
However, i would need a CPL if i offer the ferry to have the customer assured we are doing it professionally :)
@@KFEAvia Thanks for the reply Konstantin! Ok so thats still a whole other level then with CPL hehe :D We will see where my aviation journey will go... Let me know when you come up here to Norway ;)
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
👏👏👏
Добрый день!
Здравствуйте 🤝
Hi I'm only a Simpilot, but I would be interested in the route you have been flown😊.
Thanks
Wim pilots sometimes fly better then real ones 😀
Ohh thanks, but for this I've to much respect to the professionals like you.
But I do always my very best especially in Vatsim, where we try to fly "as real as it gets"
1. how u get weather report in ur ipad. do u hv internet connection that working in every country
2. how do u know there is tail wind in certain height. is it appear in ur main panel
For weather i use a lot of sources, two main: Windy.com and Autorouter.aero
As for wind - you have it forecasted too, but on the screen it comes from the GPS tracking and a AHRS computer inside the Garmin navigator, it calculates your indicated and calibrated airspeeds, transfers to true airspeed and then just deducts the ground speed from the true airspeed to calculate wind velocity. Also wind direction is calculated from the correction angle from the magnetic heading.
Easy, but complicated system 😎
Hello, i have a question you would have on the iPad foreflight and the current weather how did you receive that with wifi ?
Just switch on in the left top menu what you wanna see on the map :)
Когда успел сделать лицензию на Ultra Light? 😮
😀Работаю над этими лицензиями 24/7
Hello bro
Hello hello 👋🏿
