Dr Singh avi is wasting both time and his energy. We all know that since CJI is hearing this case, outcome is obvious. It would be just opposite of what another judge of SC, viz Justice Gavai would give. The history of their judgements is ground enough to reach such conclusion. So much for the Kangaroo court.
