"Impact of Swami Vivekananda's Chicago lectures on the West" by Rev. Swami Bodhasaranandaji Maharaj

On 11th September, the 131st anniversary of Swami Vivekananda's historic Chicago Address was observed at the Ramakrishna Mission in Singapore in collaboration with the Vivekananda Seva Sangh, Singapore.
Revered Swami Bodhasaranandaji Maharaj, Assistant General Secretary of the Ramakrishna Order, delivered the keynote address on the topic "Impact of Swami Vivekananda's Chicago Lectures on the West." Swami Samachittanandaji Maharaj, President of Ramakrishna Mission Singapore, gave the opening address and later spoke on ‘The significance of Swamiji’s Chicago address in today’s time’.
The program commenced with Vedic chanting by Swami Sampujyananda and concluded with a closing songs by the Swamis. More than 100 devotees participated in the event, and lunch prasad was distributed to all attendees.#vedanta #vivekananda #11september #chicago #brotherhoodday
