- Heavy blades back in TNP. Why? Because it's fun and these knives rock. I might do some IISA action with these too. For now I'll introduce you to the huge Nepalese Heavy Chopper. This is a mammoth blade capable of mammoth things...as shown. It won't work in some POUs, in others It will be ideal. Be careful with this one too as it will take your hand off.

Bought an RTAC2 on your say-so. Have never been disappointed with that knife. This chopper is looking good to me too lol.
I've bought a few from Kailash Blades and am very impressed with their value. While you may wait a few months, it's worth it to get something made by hand instead of another $300 piece of factory junk just because tacticool gear hoarders have to brag about their brands.
When you said that you had to go to a place to find DEAD WOOD I thought you would go to Washington DC to complete a review.
Reminds me of the TOPS El Chete. The WorkTuff Gear “Proper Chopper” and their “CUMA King Destructo” are two very very well done CHOPPERS 🔥🔪👍👍🇺🇸
Most of the time, those guys in Nepal make their blades out of the leaf springs off of old broken trucks..
Which is normally 5160 spring steel.. Which is great stuff for a blade.
Not as good as modern super steel, but doesn't cost as much either.
Edit: Oh, I guess you said that in the video. lol
Adding to the list of good Nepalese makers, Kailash blades has some traditional style khukuris with a modern twist and others they’ve created from scratch and I think they oil harden their spring steel. What sold me was they can do differential hardening (aka hamon) and an acid etch. They offer kydex which is kinda flimsy .. 🤷🏻♂️ Good stuff though.
This is awesome
Thanks for following through with my suggestion to talk to Phil Lyman, Nutn. He’s a great leader.
I remember the khukeri video that was like 10 years ago
“Dudes just like chopping stuff”
So much so we like watching dudes chop stuffs 😎
Thanks for the review! Hey Nutn' are there any updates when you'll post V-BOK Part 4?
I have an old Ontario Spec Plus Machete, it's smaller but chops OK.
Very cool deal sir
Best Pizza cutter ever!!!
Okay. Whats nuthing tricking us into buying more of. My wallet hurts
Always cut at a 45 degree angle to the wood grain.
Save your edge and wrists
So cool thank you
Hey Nutfancy, are you planning on putting your 890 review on UA-cam?
Epic
Nutn has you seen the new Cold Steel Recon M1?
Yes those guys in flip flops made that...I saw the video once..
Noiiice
Hey nutn, what belt do you wear? I was breaking belts at work (sounds weird but I lift heavy) until I got a beltman, but I'd love to know what you wear.
This is classic Nut’n 😂😂
Not on rumble :(
Leave it to Cleaver.
tnp pizza cooking video next
What? It's my barbecue chopper!
Just a short ax
So bringing kitchen butcher tools to the wilderness lol
OHHH damn!!!! This could be a pizza cutter lol
Lots of cool knives from Nepal :)
Good price point!!!
A polished version would be awesome :)
I still love my Buck Hoodlum, ty NutnFancy
I have a MINT condition Ron Hood Hoodlum knife. I literally bought it and put it in my go-to bag. Untouched for probably a decade. It's really perfect.
What is that thing worth now?
Can I recommend estwing camper axe. Its high value, not as heavy as i would have thought. Could be man portable, on pack, but definitely bike or buggy.
I watch everything but watch videos (sorry Nutn, I cant spend hundreds of dollars on a watch when I have a 13 dollar Casio F91W and a SERIOUS lack of ammo to feed my babies as well as normal food to feed myself with. :D ) And I dont want to risk having stupid thoughts about watches too. lmao
It's funny: you said you would never take it on a motorcycle or hike with it.. But that's exactly what you did to test it. lol. So I guess you would take it on a bike and then go hike with it ... and chop a bunch of sh^t. Must not be too much of a burden.
Ever got to that Fitzgen(
you need to pal-up
w/ my lifting friend
CHOPPING LEGEND

Gosh you have become so entitled: you make low effort videos then complain there aren't enough views.... Make Nutn Great Again!
LOL [end of comment]
you want to see how to make amazing knives and swords...watch Kyle Royer...he would scoff at that piece of crap...
It's sharpened metal who cares
@@XuroX. yup…that’s just about the mentality of people…
@@gixxerlouis It's likely an old leaf spring off of a truck; which is 5160 steel.
Not everyone wants a three thousand dollar knife. Get over it
