I tried the last step " wine devcpp.exe" but it says: command "wine" not found, but can be installed with: ... please help
if I want to use it agiin then.. I have to go the respective directiory and follow the rest of the steps?

I didn't know bruh about 20.04. I am using 18.04, so if it didn't work for you maybe you should search for new toturials.

minh tim ra dc cach tai roi, ban van o trang do, tim cai duong link mau xanh co ghi "portable" ay, xong dowload roi lam theo nhu trong clip la duoc nhe
