Should I install virtual environment first ?
Not compulsory but you should have Ubuntu 20.04.
When I write ./waf configure --enable-examples, then ./waf, I get an error called: The project was not configured: run "waf configure" first! Any help please?
Please read and follow the each code line with its heading.. I think you miss some code lines..

Please check your additional settings. Meanwhile, try to use win.rar to extract .exe

I didn't know bruh about 20.04. I am using 18.04, so if it didn't work for you maybe you should search for new toturials.
