I wish you the best sir, I just had surgery on my right shoulder because of a car ramming my big rig last November. So I'm doing physical therapy to get as much motion back to my arm so I can once again make a living for my family.
I have two more set of bombs to put on but they are broken. Still like you said this plane is really amazing and it looks so good in the air. And so easy to handle that it hurts. I love it. Cheers my friend.
Hey Mark. Good to see you back here again. This bird is really great and Iam really happy and lucky to have found one. I can just imagine this baby in 1.5m size. That would be the ultimate bird to buy. So easy to handle and it looks so good in the air with that big prop. I love it. Cheers my friend, Robert

All of a sudden, no shorts and t-shirt! Weather changed quickly! Cap'n Blaz did some amazing zooming on this video! 👍 The combat weathering paint job looks awesome Pilot Robert and the Skyraider looked so real in the air.
Thanks to you two for surfacing this beautiful model. Hobbyking, I commit to buying this plane if you keep it at 1100 mm wingspan and 3S with that beautiful large propeller.
It was pure joy my friend. I couldnt believe how good flyer this baby is. And that big prop really looks amazing in the air. I was really lucky to have found one. Cheers

Beautiful plane. You guys are very entertaining. Just so you know, the reason for left turning tendency in most single engine airplanes, especially Those with a huge prop is due to torque, slipstream pushing the tail, and gyroscopic precession. Right rudder will be required and for those aircraft with lots of torque, more right rudder is needed. If you already knew that, my apologies.
Greets from New Zealand. Spring is here. The blossom is out, the tulips are flowering, and mornings are getting brighter. Daylight savings time kicks in this weekend, so slope soaring starts next week. Sorry you had frost, Hope you still get good flights in b4 winter. Salute, Capts Robert and Blaz!

I really love these Durafly 1100mm birds. And this A1 is just perfect. We have a lot of work and the weather wasnt good but we will try our best to film as much as possible. Cheers my friend.
As always pilot Robert and Capt Blaz thanks for the video. That plane looks and flys great. Thanks for your time and knowledge. Keep up the excellent work. Just having fun RC'n. Thanks
Great flight and video Capt. Robert and Capt. Blaz. I have several Durafly planes that they do not make any longer. They are beautifully detailed and sometimes you can find parts on ebay. Perfect, Thank You both! Ricky
Thanks Noel for such kind words. The winter is near here but we still have beautiful sun every day and this is for me the most beautiful part of the year. Cheers my friend.
Hey Pilot Robert I missed this video when you posted it,but found it today. You did a great job with the finish on this warbird. That thing sure flies good! Great job recording that great looking warbird Captain Blaz!
Captain, that is an awesome plane. I dont fly foamies but that would make me consider it. Nice plane. I prefer balsa/nitro but I would like to own that one. Nice find! Keep your wings in the air!
Great maiden my friends. You're both an inspiration to all of us and your the reason I'm re-flying my older planes. Since it's been a while with some of them, it's like flying a new plane all over again. You guys are awesome!!!! Till the next video, OH YEAH!!!
I like that big scale 4-blade prop combined with the 750 KV motor. It gives you high torque and high thrust at low rpm, and it looks and flies like scale. Very nice scale war-bird.
Oh yeah my friend. winter is close. And thanks for all support in the past and in the future. Its friends like you that make us to film more. Big salute from Slovenia, Robert
Incredible that you would have frost this early in the year. Beautiful flight, an excellent presentation as always. Two thumbs way up. I love your channel.

I salute you from Australia where spring is in the air. Even in mid-winter we almost never see any frost ;-) The plane looks so good in the sky! Nice paint job with the extra bit of black "battle scars". Great work pilot Robert and captain Blaz. Can't wait to see the plane at full speed and maybe some loops and rolls?
Skyraider is awesome and just looks mean in the air. I fell in love with it when I saw a real one at the Oshkosh Airventure this summer. It's not my favorite warbird. Not as popular as a Corsair or P51 but more bada$$ for sure. If I ever find one I may have to find the money even if it's discontinued.
This baby is really great my friend. Such a good flyer and looks so beautiful in the air. I love it. But like you said P51 and Corsair are the best. Just today I have found FMS Corsair 1.7m one and I cant wait to unbox it.
This is a very sexy airplane !! I purchased the A1 Skyraider from General Hobby ( Haven’t Maiden Yet ) and is very nice 👍🏻, Very nice airplane !! Hoping it flies this good ! Capt. Blãz is a great commentator with camera. Thank you , Pilot Robert for showing this baby off 👍🏻 Great flight

Thanks my friend. This baby is really amazing flyer and so beautiful in the air. I love it. We also find time to fly very hard but when we do its pure joy all over again. Big salute to you from Slovenia, Robert
Great video and great flight :-) I really enjoy watching your channel!! Please try to realize that the elevator trim is for a specific speed, when you trim it at 65% throttle, it will only fly level at that speed with little to no elevator stick input. When you give it full throttle, it will climb because it is trying to find the speed it was already trimmed for, in a climb at full throttle, the climb will make it slow down in speed to match the trimmed setting and it will continue to climb unless you either give it down elevator or re-trim it for full throttle. This is perfectly normal! That's the reason it will descend when you reduce the throttle for the landing, it pitches down to try to maintain your 65% throttle trim speed, this is also the reason you have to hold a little up elevator when reducing the throttle for slow flybys. Regards and best wishes!! :-) BTW, I'm trying to put together a demonstration video that will show how behaves with 65% throttle trim setting. Hopefully it will also include a good explanation and demonstration of why 25 to 33% from the leading edge of a wing is the best CG position for most normal straight wings. And with flaps, the throttle has to be reduced because you are adding lift and drag but they are not equal, you are adding more lift than drag. Flaps will cause a plane to climb with 65% throttle if it was trimmed for that speed but it will fly level at a lower throttle with little to no elevator stick input.
Sorry, Robert. I am only trying to help. You seem to be puzzled about why it wants to climb at full throttle after you have set the elevator trim. Please ask your friend Pilot Boris who flies full scale airplanes. Ask him if the elevator trim is set for specific airspeeds, he will confirm what I am saying. All the best, my friend!
TreeTop .Videography Its OK my friend. I understand what you mean. I know why the bird wants to climb. I love my planes to fly strait at arround 65% of throttle. I know that with more throttle it will climb and with less it will go down. But the bird wanted to climb very bad at only arround 40% of throttle. It was not much nose light but still a little. If the plane is very nose light its really hard to fly it and it will drag the tail arround. That was the case with the MIG15 that I have tested and the Yellow Trojan. The MIG I couldnt fly at all and I had so much problems to land nose light Trojan. But you think good my friend and thank for the information. Still you must understand that like I always say Iam not professional RC pilot. I just love planes so much and I just tell my experience when I test the plane. But the fun is perfect and I love it. All the best to you and big salute from Slovenia, Robert
I totally agree that it is better to have your model planes slightly nose heavy, sometimes even slightly ahead of the forward CG limit, especially with EDF jets and especially with model planes because they are more stable on landings. That is not the way it should be for full scale planes with people though!! :-) A nose heavy model plane is also be MUCH easier and safer to land in high winds because the effective load on the wings is much higher than it is with a normal CG position. Just make sure you have enough elevator travel or throw so you can control it on steep or slow speed descents (some expo is OK, just don'e have too little travel or throw). If it it very windy when I fly models, I will add some weight to the nose so it will be easier and safer to land. Sometimes a plane will climb rapidly even at a low throttle setting and even if it was trimmed at say 65%, that is usually because of a small gust of head wind which instantly and briefly causes the airspeed to be higher than normal, this is also the case with many full scale planes as well. I was flying once at about 120 knots with the trim set for that speed when I hit a strong but brief gusting headwind and my plane climbed over 200 feet in only a few seconds. I have also had situations where the wind suddenly came from behind causing the plane to descend very quickly, this is usually referred to as turbulent air and it is almost always a rough ride :-D When I fly full scale planes, I always balance the airplane as close to the utility category of the CG envelope as possible (basically the center of the two limits). Just some notes on CG location: When your plane is nose heavy, the stall speed is much higher, it will stall even with higher throttle settings because the wings are effectively heavily loaded so try not to use too much elevator in a tight or steep turn because it can stall in tight or steep turns....... and even in straight and level flight. When your plane is slightly nose light, the stall speed is much lower, you will be able to do slow turns without stalling because the effective wing loading is much less than it is with a nose heavy plane. With no wind or very little wind, it is better to have the CG very close to the forward limit or even center. It is much more fun to fly and landings are usually good too. A good example of this point was when you flew the plane in this video, it just flew around effortlessly and at low throttle settings :-) I understand that you want it nose heavy for maidens since you do not know how the plane will act or perform the first time and I agree that it should be nose heavy on the maiden (and during high winds). I also understand that you are an amateur pilot just trying to have fun, I am not trying to teach you all of the technical stuff that I learned when I trained to get my full scale pilots license. I just noticed that you get a little frustrated or maybe even a little confused about your planes wanting to climb. I am only trying to let you know what to expect with different throttle settings, trim settings and different CG positions. :-) The main point of my comments is to help to make it even more fun for you than it already is, my friend!!! :-D The next reason for my comments and tips is to help your other viewers and readers have more fun with their planes too!!! :-D I will still continue to try to make the informational and demonstration video so your viewers will have a good chance at understanding how things work and why. :-) I have searched for good informational and demonstration videos for model planes but they all seem to be done by amateur RC pilots and most do not fully understand how things really work (I'm not going to mention their names though, they are doing the best the can!) :-) I'm not putting anyone down by this comment. Again, I am only trying to share some of my knowledge and experience so everyone here who loves RC planes can have more fun!! :-D It is always more fun if you understand how and why things work, it is not much fun if you are constantly scratching your head trying to figure out why your plane flies so bad! :-( All the best and cheers, my friend!! :-)
That video was fantastic, always go to your channel first when i visit u-tube you give me so much insperation, i agree that it would be great to re-release this model!
great video guys. beautiful plane. it looked so good in the air. the wheels are just a little too small for grass but you did a great job keeping it safe brother
Great video as always:-) The skyraider is such a cool airplane, one I wish I'd bought when it was available on HK website. It's cold here as well, no frost, but definitely fall!
Missed you guys , glad you're back ! Great flight and very realistic ! Sorry to hear no longer available at hobbyking , which has one of the worst web sites to locate products ! Keep up the good work !

Thanks my friend and thanks for all support. You will fly again soon no matter what. There is no other way. All the best to you and big salute from Slovenia, Robert
pilot Robert, been wondering where you have been. So started checking the weather in Krka, and it's been getting cooler, been like 37° for the lows, and you had frost before us. This is some of the best flying weather of the season! Ok enough babbling! I salute you both on another fine video. And the plane flew very scale. I wonder if Siedle makes electric props that sound real? the prop did look good though. It's hard to land anything with wheels that small. Again great job.
We have so much work to do and its really hard to find time for filming. And the weather was just sick for past few days. Rain and then crazy wind. Still it was real joy to test this amazing bird. I love it. Cheers my friend.
If you can find one just buy it my friend. You will really love it. Such a good flyer and it looks so beautiful in the air. Iam lucky to have found one.

LMAO!!! @ 10:46 all of a sudden, "Uh, one low"...That was hilarious...
I didnt even noticied my friend. Thanks ;-)
What a sweet flier! Maybe some down elevator mixed with throttle and also flaps would be the way to go 🙂
Looks great !.
You guys are crazy, but brilliant, love your vids, keep up the good work, always look forward to every new video, you crazy pair.
Thanks my friend for such kind words. We just love the planes and to film them so much that it hurts. Its hard somethimes to find time but we try our best. Big salute to you from Slovenia, Robert
What a great scale flight my friends.
I just wish i had more time to get out and fly too. Watching your video's keeps my interest going.
👍👍👍👍
Thanks my friend. This baby is really amazing flyer and so beautiful in the air. I love it. We also find time to fly very hard but when we do its pure joy all over again. Big salute to you from Slovenia, Robert
Heeeey Yaaa!!! Love ur channel, allways a pleasure and give our viewers a smile :)
Thanks my friend for such kind words and for all support. Big salute to you from Slovenia, Robert
Great video and great flight :-)
I really enjoy watching your channel!!
BTW, I'm trying to put together a demonstration video that will show how behaves with 65% throttle trim setting.
A nose heavy model plane is also be MUCH easier and safer to land in high winds because the effective load on the wings is much higher than it is with a normal CG position.
I have also had situations where the wind suddenly came from behind causing the plane to descend very quickly, this is usually referred to as turbulent air and it is almost always a rough ride :-D
When I fly full scale planes, I always balance the airplane as close to the utility category of the CG envelope as possible (basically the center of the two limits).
Just some notes on CG location:
When your plane is nose heavy, the stall speed is much higher, it will stall even with higher throttle settings because the wings are effectively heavily loaded so try not to use too much elevator in a tight or steep turn because it can stall in tight or steep turns....... and even in straight and level flight.
A good example of this point was when you flew the plane in this video, it just flew around effortlessly and at low throttle settings :-)
I understand that you want it nose heavy for maidens since you do not know how the plane will act or perform the first time and I agree that it should be nose heavy on the maiden (and during high winds).
The main point of my comments is to help to make it even more fun for you than it already is, my friend!!! :-D
The next reason for my comments and tips is to help your other viewers and readers have more fun with their planes too!!! :-D
I will still continue to try to make the informational and demonstration video so your viewers will have a good chance at understanding how things work and why. :-)
I have searched for good informational and demonstration videos for model planes but they all seem to be done by amateur RC pilots and most do not fully understand how things really work (I'm not going to mention their names though, they are doing the best the can!) :-) I'm not putting anyone down by this comment.
Again, I am only trying to share some of my knowledge and experience so everyone here who loves RC planes can have more fun!! :-D
It is always more fun if you understand how and why things work, it is not much fun if you are constantly scratching your head trying to figure out why your plane flies so bad! :-(
All the best and cheers, my friend!! :-)
That plane is beautiful got to find me one of those.
You will love it my friend.
Good video guy's yes perhaps they will bring out again and also the Mk1a Spitfire 👍
great vid love the plane.
Thanks my friend. This bird is really great. I love it.
Warlords are my favourite!!!
That video was fantastic, always go to your channel first when i visit u-tube you give me so much insperation, i agree that it would be great to re-release this model!
Thanks my friend for such kind words. We just love to film planes so much. Perfect way of fun for us. Big salute to you from Slovenia, Robert
I CAN SEE THE MOON IN THE SKY
great video guys. beautiful plane. it looked so good in the air. the wheels are just a little too small for grass but you did a great job keeping it safe brother
Thanks my friend. I was aiming the carpet but no way this time ;-) Still the bird survived and I love it. Perfect flyer. Perfect.
Great video as always:-) The skyraider is such a cool airplane, one I wish I'd bought when it was available on HK website. It's cold here as well, no frost, but definitely fall!
Thanks my friend. If HobbyKing was still selling it I would buy another at once. Perfect flyer. I love it. And yes my friend the winter is close.
Success ! OH YEAH ! Cheers and salute !!!!!
OH YEAH
Missed you guys , glad you're back ! Great flight and very realistic ! Sorry to hear no longer available at hobbyking , which has one of the worst web sites to locate products ! Keep up the good work !
We were so happy to have found time again for filming. I have missed it a lot. And this baby is really great. Such a good flyer and it looks so good in the air. Big salute to you my friend from Slovenia, Robert
Keep up the good work guys!! I have not been flying since my last heart attack, maybe soon!
Gee mate I hope you are able to enjoy a flight or two very soon...
Ray Mason Thanks Ray
Thanks my friend and thanks for all support. You will fly again soon no matter what. There is no other way. All the best to you and big salute from Slovenia, Robert
Ray Mason Thanks for kind words for John and big salute to you my friend from Slovenia.
Looks great!! I like the Tanks, Weapons and the paint! But hey... Its so silent! 😁
pilot Robert, been wondering where you have been.
Nice one, thx
Crap i really want one of those in the worst way! Shes a sweet flying bird. Truely is my dream plane
If you can find one just buy it my friend. You will really love it. Such a good flyer and it looks so beautiful in the air. Iam lucky to have found one.
