You have, in part, inspired us two late middle-aged professionals from the US to take the plunge with purchasing a spot of land and an abandoned stone cabin in the Cottian Alps just west of Turin last year which we hope to turn into our dream retreat. Hello David and thank you for reaching out to us! ♥️ We would like to write a book, maybe in the future, why not?? Regarding the house we still have a lot to do and film: finish the mezzanine, finish painting and decorating, finish the pointing on outside walls, installing shutters… Alongside physically work and documenting our house on UA-cam, we follow other people’s renovations as architects and this is our job - the job for which we have studied! As we have seen that a lot of people liked our videos, we are thinking to keep doing them documenting some of these projects and generally talk about difficulties/rules/suggestions in renovation.

Quel beau projet. Le travail est fait avec grande précision. Il y a tellement de propriétés en ruine. Je caresse ce rêve. J'ai aussi remarqué que les contenants de peinture et autre était en français. La Ligurie est près de la France. Bravo.

Regarding the house we still have a lot to do and film: finish the mezzanine, finish painting and decorating, finish the pointing on outside walls, installing shutters…
Alongside physically work and documenting our house on UA-cam, we follow other people’s renovations as architects and this is our job - the job for which we have studied! As we have seen that a lot of people liked our videos, we are thinking to keep doing them documenting some of these projects and generally talk about difficulties/rules/suggestions in renovation.
