Today I am unboxing the mystery box I bought from Diamond Art Club this Christmas. The box was valued at £180 but cost £120, and it includes two previously unreleased kits and one fan favourite. What do you think of my box contents?

I must say you didn't do too bad with that mystery box. The only one that I would get rid of would be the second one. That Dominic Davison is absolutely gorgeous, but the confetti is certainly real. Thanks for sharing.😊

I think this is a great mystery box. Loved the 1st and 3rd painting really beautiful, the 2nd just not my taste. Love seeing Harry he's definitely the star of the show again ❤

I got the same never before seen canvases. At first I was like darn. But then watching the unboxing I was like these are actually pretty. I think I will keep them. I think part of the fun of mystery boxes is stepping outside your norms and finding something new you might enjoy.
Definitely! It’s really fun not knowing what you’ll get and sometimes finding a new style you never thought to try before 🙂
Harry was the star of the show again!
It wasn’t a bad selection of kits was it. The Dominic Davidson is gorgeous but very big and a lot of confetti, I like doing confetti but maybe not quite that much! The flower one was different and very pretty. I wasn’t too keen on the other one.
I didn’t order a box but it’s interesting to see what was in them, thank you for sharing.

Yes, I have mixed feelings about the Dominic Davison - it’s absolutely stunning but I just can’t decide how much fun I think it would be to do
It's so funny how these boxes end up, because of those I would only keep the second one! I think I'm only planning to keep one from mine as well (the jellyfish mermaid).
That one looks cute, although not my personal style. You’re right, I love how different we all are 🙂

Oh my goodness.......he garden of peace is absolutely stunning. On the photo on the box it looks ok and based on that image I would not want it but showing the canvas here as you have Cat, it's absolutely amazing and I think it's going to be amazing when it's done with all that detail! Thanks Cat. I liked the two you like... #1 & #3. I wouldn't keep the 2nd one (pink girl). I love how excited you are about these mystery boxes (and the confidence that you can de-stash anything you don't love). I am the opposite, I don't like anything about mystery boxes or paintings. I want to know what I am paying for. In this case, in my opinion (taste), the purple flower is just gorgeous and although the Dominic Davidson one is very very large I agree with you the artwork is just beautiful. Have a great weekend! I’m lucky to have a great Facebook destash group I can use if needed - DAC Fans UK. But you’re right, I love the fun of not knowing what I’m getting. It helps that they’ve always worked out for me so far! With mystery kits I need to know what it is before I buy though so we’re the same on that front. You have a lovely weekend too 😁

Thanks for this vid. I didn't get the box this time, as last time I had no luck and now I only liked 2 of the 10 never seen designs, and they both weren't in the same boxes. So I only could've gotten one with the chance of 20%. With my luck, I wouldn't have gotten any. So I'm glad I didn't get the box. Now for the two I like, one of them is Try to Follow which will be impossible to get here in Europe from a destash. The second one was Garden of Peace. I was unsure about it first because it's that exact "artificial" style from Dominic Davison that I don't like as much. I do love landscapes and confetti though. Without an unboxing, I still didn't wanna get it "blind". I went on YT and searched for an unboxing, but there weren't any. So I put it off. Then today I go online and see this on ebay close to my city. I'm like huuh maybe I should... went to YT and searched again. And there was your vid! Thanks for showing the canvas so closely. Made me get it in the end. :3

that's why I thought they had sad about the advent calendar, but then we were able to purchase Meowy Christmas.. so that one wasn't exclusive... hopefully we'll be able to get some of the new releases I've seen in the mystery boxes in the future.. fingers crossed 🙂
They’ve definitely changed their minds on this kind of thing a fair few times in the past so you never know!
Love 2 out of 3…..not a fan of the second one. I have rotten luck, so I would never do a mystery box….would probably end up with TelleTubbies and big eyed girls…..lol. I thoroughly enjoy your videos!

It really does look stunning - I think the render looks spectacular! But it is absolutely enormous 🤣 If I ever decide to destash it will be on the DAC Fans UK group so I’ll try to remember to let you know if I do 🙂

LG painting is pretty. I like all the blues and purples. The ID is pretty ugly. I would send it on it’s merry way also. The DD is nice. I suppose 2/3 is not bad. Harry is so cute. I love seeing him in your videos.

Garden of Peace is stunning. It seems worth the challenge to do it little by little even though it will take forever to complete. Love the first one too. The second one is strange and also doesn’t “match” the style of the first two .
I agree, it’s absolutely gorgeous. I’m going to hang onto it for a while and see if I fancy it at some point but if I can’t ever face the confetti then I know it will find a loving new home somewhere 🤣

I’m a fan of DAC, but I haven’t caught on to how the mystery boxes work. Is there anywhere I can find more info that explains it? You seem to have had a good idea what your mystery boxes might be so how did you figure that out? Did you say that if you don’t like a mystery box, DAC will let you return it? Thanks for any help!
The different mystery boxes have all worked a little differently. With this one, they told us we would get two out of ten possible kits that had never been released before and one already released kit, which they call a fan favourite. I had a good idea of what I’d get because the boxes were numbered on our accounts once we placed the orders, and I’d see someone else unbox the same number box I had, 19. I don’t think they accept returns on these, but it’s usually pretty easy to destash anything you don’t want. Hope that helps 🙂

Hi I have a bit of a random question if you don’t mind, I’m rather new to diamond painting having just done a few smaller Amazon pieces. I was looking at Diamond art clubs policy for shipping to the UK and was rather put off because it says they don’t refund delivery disputes, and these kits are not budget friendly, have you ever had any delivery problems?
I’ve never personally had an issue - everything I’ve ever ordered has arrived safely, and I’ve ordered plenty. That isn’t to say it couldn’t happen but I’m not worried based on my experiences. I know they have refunded people whose paintings have gone missing on plenty of occasions. I’d suggest dropping customer services an email to ask what you are and aren’t covered for if you are concerned 🙂

No, Harry was my son’s suggestion and I don’t think it was anything to do with Prince Harry. His full name is Harry Giles - Harry from my son, Giles from my husband and I because we have a pact to name any pets we have after characters from Buffy, and when you put it together it sounds like Harry Stiles and that made us all laugh, like the nerds we are 🤣
