A PS4 does not have a built-in emulator or any separate application. The emulator file is located in the .pkg file itself. Find out on UA-cam about the conversion of PS2 games to PS4. This is only possible on a hacked console.

The PS4 does not have a built-in PS2 emulator or some separate PS2 emulator application(at least I do not know about its existence). Games on PS4 have the .PKG extension. The .PKG file contains the PS2 game and the emulator itself.
