Use other DXVK or turnip driver that suits SD 855 processor. Try DXVK 1.10.3

Yes, they are basically the same. Frost version only added new Box64 version, DXVK versions and Turnip Drivers.

They're practically the same but with more Box64, DXVK versions (2.4.1 aren't working) and many Turnip versions available (24.3.0 crash, sometimes 25.0.0 crashes too.)
