This interviewer indubitably extracts the best from all the guests! And as good a listener as an interviewer should be. This is an amazing series of videos.

Hank is one of my inspirations for mimicry and voice over. It is an extremely misunderstood thing.

Hank says it's a weird thing re: the Brando impersonation; he earlier describes playing Wiggum as picturing himself in the shoes of the character and working from that point. With Brando he needed the same thing - the "truth" of an impersonation. I like that facet of acting that seems to be a driving factor, a truth inherent to character that every individual embodies without the choice of trying.

These are such good interviews -- Sam Jones gets things that typical late-night talk-show hosts just don't.

He is a good listener: rarely does he interrupt his interviewees in the middle of a sentence or a story.

I like hank azaria in most everything he does, but he comes across as being a bit full of himself. I was thinking to myself, that he sounds like someone that likes to hear himself talk, then I realized that is probably how he came up with all of his voices. lol

...and now, 2021, he can't do the voice of anyone or anything other than a middle aged, middle class Caucasian man without being taken to task! There's a big difference between impersonations and insults. Or so there should be, at least. As with every aspect of life, your intentions and your morals should be judged far more than a silly voice. In my humble opinion.
