Peanut Porridge
Ingredients List

2 Cups water
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick and powder
1 green banana blended with 1/2 cup peanuts, oats and milk
Nutmeg
Milk of choice
Sugar or any sweetener of choice

If using roasted peanuts, should they be unsalted?
