Ma'am, this is Chaitra, even I am a Kannadathi. Felt extremely happy seeing you speaking in Kannada. I am following you after watching you on TRS. After watching you on TRS, I'm really regretting taking treatment for my deep acne scars (pits). Ma'am, I recently took 6 sessions of microneedling and 4 more sessions of PRP with microneedling at one of the reputed clinics. But, after stopping the use of their night cream, I'm facing very bad pigmentation issue (A light black layer on my cheeks). I'm suppressing it by some home made face packs like besan, multani mitti, etc. I can only send it to dormant stage. I don't know why it suddenly appears sometimes. From Jan. 18th, 2024, till now, I am only using gram flour+rice flour + turmeric as face wash powder and almond oil as moisturiser after face wash. Now my skin is behaving well. I'm quite happy now. But please do suggest me what steps I should take, ma'am. I'm 29 yrs old. Eagerly waiting for your reply. Thank you, ma'am.

I have uneven skin tone since childhood, some patches are large on cheeks closer to ear and some on chin. Also my forehead is dark.

Thank you so much for this information shared ma'am. My Skin has been great until I took the 2nd dose of Covid vaccination. After struggling with multiple issues with joints, body allergy, intermittent fever, and 100s of blood tests, doctor found of that, I have an Auto Immune condition called "Stils disease". I have been under medication for this since 2021 until now. I have been obese since my childhood with PCOD (Chin Hair)... My Skin has been good like I said earlier, but it started acting up after the vaccination... not sure if it is even related. My skin tone is light (very fair) and the brown/black patch I have on my left and right cheekbone is so visible... I have got multiple treatments done but nothing has really helped. Your tips are really an eye-opener. And You said it right about the confidence level literally going down due to pigmentation... I can relate to it....
